TOO LONG TO ANSWER MY CALL AND EVEN LONGER TO EVER GET BACK TO ME.

"I HELD FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES. AFTER FINALLY BEING ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A CSR, I WAS AGAIN PUT ON HOLD FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES AND NEVER DID HEAR BACK FROM THE CSR. I'M DISUPUTING THE CHARGE BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE (AN INK CARTRIDGE) AND NEVER REC'D A RETURN CALL FROM NEWEGG ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY INK CARTRIDGE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN."

Best Customer Service Experience to Date

"I messed up a couple orders, using a payment method which was declined. As such, I made quite a mess. To ensure I was not about to receive 5 SSD drives, I hopped on the Customer Support chat line and Jonathan D. checked the account and ensured me everything was correct and my 1 SSD was already on the way.

This was completed in under 3 minutes.

Wonderful Customer Service

"I ordered a part from Newegg. Subsequently, the part decreased in price the next day. On their own, Newegg informed me that the price had decreased and provided me a $20 gift card for my troubles.

Due to my own forgetfulness I let the gift card expire. However, once I chatted with a Newegg representative they reissued the gift card no questioned asked. This is just wonderful customer service and I really enjoy buying from a company knowing that they put such an emphasis on ensuring that their customers are satisfied.

"I was having trouble with my account and logging in, and the delivery of my parcels was a worry, TaylorL. helped me through it all and Listened to my concerns , I was able to get in my account and my concerns were addressed . Issue Resolved!

"Couldn't place order due to an IT glitch on Newegg's side after confirming with their 3rd market seller about shipping to a PO Box. This was found out after Bert/Newegg Customer Service solved the issue by submitting the order over the phone on his end & the order went through, saving me a bunch of time to correct an issue I made on my end with my customer in ordering a stand for their 2 new monitors for their new security system that I had just received via Newegg. I had to pay this out of pocket, due to it being my mistake when I ordered the monitors. Newegg's Customer Service has ALWAYS resolved any issue I had for any past experiences. I ALWAYS shop Newegg, before any competitor, period!"

Effective monopoly - in a good way

"Whenever a company corners the market they become a "monopoly".
Monopoly companies invariably become corrupt and gouge the consumers and the marketplace for every last nickle they can.
Newegg has somehow defied the odds and while a de facto monopoly in the computer parts reseller marketplace, they've kept all the right traits that got them there in the 1st place.
10 years ago the interweebz was filled with competing vendors for your computer hardware bux, but alas, no more.
Fortunate are we, Newegg's customers, that someone running that corporation still retained both their humanity and their morality in the face of temptation to exploit their monopoly status.
