Return policy

"On the website it said 30 return policy for the graphics card I received. They told me I could only replace the iteam with the warranty not a full refund return. I saw no disclosure about this in there return policy on the product page. They did manage to take the return after some small haggling, and because, "it's my first product bought with them." I did not appreciate the length I had to go to finally get someone to honor the policy."

Very fast delivery even without paying extra

"I ordered a PC case from them, the original estimated delivery was between 7-10 days but the case arrived in less than 48 hours. Amazing! I will definitely continue making my computer related purchases from them."

Betrayed their customers

"Products, website, prices are great. Problem is when you find out they betrayed your trust without notifying you. I am talking about THEIR choice to willingly (without threat of legal action) rat out their customers to the state for not declaring purchases made from Newegg for sales tax purchases. Now all of their customers from CT who where mislead by Newegg are getting screwed with huge tax bills
If this was Newegg attitude they should have a disclaimer, a notice, or just collected the tax them selves. Lost all trust will use another company.

Helping a sailor out

"So to start with I’m currently in the navy and I’ve been trying to to order this laptop for days and kept running into issues with different people who could not solve my problem. I’m getting ready to deploy in a week and I really needed this tech. I had almost lost hope and I had already thought about leaving some bad comments. Then after giving it one more time I got in touch with a individual named Stanley (hope I spelled right). This guy fixed all my problems in one call and under like 30 mins with now hesitation. Then in a second phone call I was lucky enough to across him again and he made it his goal to make sure my order went through with no problems what so ever. He took me step by step over the phone till I was happy and satisfied. He even made sure I was compensated for my troubles with a promo code he found. He told me if I had any more problems to try to get a hold him and he would solve my problems. He was able to schedule me a delivery in the near two days. That fact that this individual went all this way for a Sailor really brings happiness to me and let’s me know that new egg really knows how to hire just the right people with the right motivation to get there job done and make sure the customer is satisfied. This guy deserves some sort of recognition. This sailor thanks you and new egg for taking care of me. Thank you Stanley I salute you."
