"Ok, so I got a 1080Ti at a reasonable price. Yep that's right got one right under the damn miners. I was looking over 2 weeks to get one. I had it delivered fast, couldn't wait to use it with my new OLED. Plugged it in and yep you guessed it DOA. Well that's great.... Sent it in for an RMA. I was upset, but kept my cool with those trying to help me out on this. When they got it in, yep guessed it. They did not have a replacement. So I was going to get my money back. I asked is there anything you could do for me. They replied nope, well maybe. We could send back your DOA and you could send it in for manufacture for warranty. If you have ever done this it takes forever and normally the one they send back doesn't work. Then you have to do it again, but I got mine for such a good price. Ok send it back. So working with customer service. They put a note in the system to let the RMA staff to send it back to me. This morning an ACT of GOD... There was some that came in and the RMA guys could have just sent me the old one back. BUT they sent a new one. I receive it tomorrow and so happy. I just hope its not a DOA again, but I know if it is these guys are going to do there best to help me out. So what ever you do don't yell at the one on the phone he/she just works there and is trying to HELP YOU OUT. They are not going to get anything from it. So STOP being such an **** to them. If you are you'll just get a refund. Thanks RMA team... Nathen M. you ROCK!!!!!!"
