"I was about to give one star, because I was trying to place an order two times and each time my order was voided, because of problems with verification. I called many times, each time I was assured that everything was OK, they verified with me my address and payment. My bank confirmed the transaction, but in the end my orders were cancelled. "In the process of upgrading my pc, I bought around $1000 worth of parts from Newegg. At other retailers, this would have cost me over $1250. On half of the products, I was able to get free two day shipping, and the other half of the products were delivered 1-2 days early. One out of the six products had a hardware issue, and having talked to customer support for 5 minutes they offered to either ship me a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund with no restocking fee (I opted for the refund) Great customer service and prices, I am satisfied with the quality of the products. My only complaint is that when they get busy, it can take >30 minutes to contact a representative via phone, however you can usually connect with a chat agent instantly, and under 15 minutes at the buisiest"
