"I have ordered many components from Newegg for over 10 years and any issue was fully solved by returning item (s) with a full refund. This new issue was about not receiving what I purchased; I ordered an 8TB Hard Drive with Backup Software online knowing I would not be available to receive the order due to being out of town. The person I was placing the order with suggested I have the order sent to a near Fed-ex location and when I returned I could pick it up there. I was pleased until I returned. I had received an e-mail indicating the Hard Drive was sent back due to the length of time the package was not picked up (over 7 days). I was unaware there was a limit of time. I called Customer Service and Brooklyn was extremely efficient and friendly. Brooklyn explained, since the returning Drive would be restocked and credited to my credit card, I would need to purchase another 8Tb that would be sent to my home quickly. Thanks again. Brooklyn!! "
