"Asus took days of canned responses to help, finally offered an RMA that could take 3-4 weeks to send me a new one... sorry but people don't typically have a spare same socket motherboard to use while theirs is being repaired! Newegg offered me the option of a RMA, advanced replacement RMA, or a store credit refund towards another motherboard. I took the refund and went with a different manufacturer completely. "I used Newegg exclusivly from 2010 and 2014, spending thousands and thousands a month on computer hardware for my business. As the website seemed to grow in popularity they began to miss EVERY ship and delivery windows, hurting my business badly. They also repeatedly missed product descriptions necessitating a costly return. After they refused to take ANY responsibility I have them the boot for Amazon.
I gave them another try last month and again they have failed me and rubbed salt into the wounds. Upon purchasing a computer case I find that their website description was horribly incorrect, and that the case will not work for it's stated purposes NO MATTER the modification. Not only did they not assist me with my problem, they WILL NOT return my emails. Their automated system will take the case back, but only after forcing me to pay for their mistaken shipped and a further 25 percent restock fee on an item that came to me ill described AND damaged.
Forget Newegg, they've forgotten about you."

"I ordered on the 1st received my modem on the 5th from MONOPRICE and it was certified defective and as of the 16th they still have not replied to me regarding a replacement except for the auto-reply from when I attempted to reach out to them. So get the replacement package to cover yourself. Now Newegg has to reorder the same product to resend to me which will probably take another 10 days to receive. Overall poor customer service all around and I don't remember such an issue years ago since I've been ordering from this site!
