"Fedex messed up and only held my package for 2 days vice 5 days (which is the standard and what the text message they sent me said) before sending it back to Newegg. To compensate me for the inconvenience, Newegg overnighted me the item with rush processing (which cost them about $200 as it was a fairly large item). So after all was said and done, I had to wait one extra day for my item and saved the $30 I originally paid for shipping. Thanks Newegg!! Loyal customer since 2006 and many more years to come."
