"I have been shopping at Newegg for more than 10 years and it is the first time I would like to spend a few mins to share my awesome experience with Newegg customer support. First of all, I would like thank Makayla M. for her professional customer service during an inquiry of my recent price match request. Long story short, I did not receive the promised credit about a week after my initial price match request was granted via online chat. So I sent an inquiry to Newegg to check what may have been the issue. To my surprise, the customer support (Makayla M.) told me that there was no communication record on my account for more than a year and there was no price match request noted either. Per newegg policy, I would have to resubmit the price match information however the lower price/sale ended days ago. And I did not take a screenshot or save the chat logs either. Makayla was extremely patient and tried to locate the sale price from their internal system. Probably because it was a flash sale, she was not able to find the lower price that I was claiming for. Then she continued to manually search for my lost initial chat logs based on the approximate chat time and other information I provided (a women customer support and a possibly misspelled email address). After a few mins, she said ok, my price match request was granted because she found that entry of the chat history in their system!! I am so impressed. I bet even Amazon customer support would not have such capability and patience. Newegg's customer service is again proved to be outstanding, and beyond! Thanks again, Newegg."

Needless to say they are likely lost forever. However, Newegg.com were very reliable and efficient in filing a claim to have those items replaced. Which is great for me, because they were just a few INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE HIGH END GAMING PARTS for a new computer I am assembling. Awesome work Newegg."
