"I had to build a new computer this summer. Newegg, my usual go to for computer parts, has given me a lot of trouble, no realtime customer facing inventory alerts, hand-cuff chat support, horribly under featured billing/ordering software preventing the customer service reps from doing anything without the customer making multiple calls, and wildly behind the times account and order management features empowering the customer to solve problems themselves.

However Merrik, there customer service rep I spoke when I called Newegg today is a rock star. He listened to my problem and had a solution for me in a few minutes. He was also incredibly friendly and nice. This is of course on top of having to think of a creative solution to overcome the terrible billing and ordering software they are forced to use. Merrik, thank you sir!"
