"I placed an order for just under $2,000 for my son to build his own computer for his 17th birthday. The order was placed on Monday night. I gave my son my credit card info as he was the one placing the order and knows the technical information about the computer. Today I received an email that the order had been cancelled because of issues with my credit card. I called customer support and explained my situation to Liam. D. Williams. Liam was fantastic!! He spent over an hour with me on the phone researching why my order was cancelled.
