" I'm torn between a positive review and a negative one. On the one hand, I received defective parts on two separate occasions and never received parts that were "replaced." Then, when those parts were re-shipped, there was a signature requirement, forcing me to change the shipping address. In total, after placing my order, it has taken the better part of a month to resolve my issue. I'm sure that this is unusual but has been very frustrating.
