"I bought a pool from Newegg but it was a from a third seller. I wasn't sure about the return policy with buying from a third seller so I went on live chat and asked. The person that helped me on live chat reassured me I would get a full return and free shipping label as long as I don't open the product so I went ahead and bought another pool that was more my speed. However, when I went to get an RMA after the pool arrived, I was told a different story. I ended up talking to 4 people before I managed to get a hold of Max Rivera. Imagine my frustrations when I got to Max. I have to admit I was not the easiest person to deal with at this point as I felt very cheated. However, Max remained calm and not in any point disregard my issues. He told me he understood my frustration but, I had also been told that by the previous 4 people so that meant very little to me. He told me he needed time to talk to his team. I was hesitant as the previous 2 people also told me they would get back to me which they never did so that fueled me on a bit more. He gave me his email to assure me if I need anything, I could send him an email and he'll reply and if I preferred talking over the phone, he would call me. And he did not disappoint. At any time I emailed him, he replied. At the end, I asked if he could call me, he did. I can not thank Max enough as the process started off painful but he ended up getting me the results I was after and not in any point of time he lost his cool with me. He actually understood where I was coming from and he worked to get what he believed was right. Thank you so very much to Max. Even though the issue isn't fully resolved yet as we're still wrapping up the loose ends, he still told me I can reach him at any time. That is a dedicated team member right there. THANK YOU!"

"Warning! Do not buy open box items on Newegg! Buy used electronics on eBay instead! Customer service can't tell you what is included with whatever you are purchasing! Reputable eBay sellers will tell you every detail about what you are purchasing! I bought an open box MSI Performance Gaming B350M Gaming Pro motherboard off of Newegg, and on top of not including the motherboard IO shield (motherboard backplate), it also did not include the AM4 heatsink retention bracket, which is supposedly nothing more than an accessory according to Newegg's open box policy! According to them it is a nicety that is not required to use the motherboard!"

"UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and basically said to contact the seller. I used "chat with us" through Newegg's contact us page and had it resolved in 10 minutes. My package will be a few days to be resent but it only took me 10 minutes to get this resolved.
