"Refurbished Lenovo T430 looked to be a good solution to problem encountered earlier this month when my desktop died. 'A' quality rating on the Newegg site provided some initial reassurance, but expectations were exceeded when the laptop arrived. Excellent condition of the unit, care with which it was packaged, and prompt and knowledgeable response from customer service to query about the DVI cable that arrived with the laptop all made for a positive on-line purchasing experience. "I had some questions about a graphics card I had to rma and the customer service representative was very help and was able to help with my shipping time on my new graphics card when they send it being that I built my little brother a gaming computer for his birthday and now having to wait because of the graphics card. "I called regarding an order that was delivered to the wrong state. I have had some bad customer service interactions in the past week. I was not looking forward to having to deal again with 'Customer Service'. Justin got on the line and at once, I felt at ease. He listened, asked questions and solved my problem. It didn't take 5 minutes, or ten minutes but he kept me apprised of each step. He gave a air of confidence that said 'You, my customer, are important and I will do all I can to make this right.' I was put on hold and the soft soothing music was another plus. It centered me and calmed me. Please let Justin know how much he helped this little ole lady from Iowa. He has true God-given talent and uses it. "
