Above and Beyond

"Christine had helped me resolve my issue with a third party vendor. Her compensation more than made up for my losses. I called maybe just to vent, and I was definitely going to share my misery with whomever answered my call. It just so happened that Christine was able to de-escalate me in seconds, while making me feel that I was an important customer. I really try to be a loyal customer, but the item I was after was not available from Newegg directly, so I went with a third party vendor. My first mistake was not reaching out to Newegg in order to enquire as to why that particular item was not available. Believe it or not, Newegg representatives are able to help you find exactly what you are looking for, even if you can't find it online immediately. Christine was the pinnacle of professionalism, the friendliest representative I've ever dealt with, and quite knowledgeable in regards to her position. I'm glad that I decided to actually call Newegg today, this was truly a treat to me. Thank you Christine, I will definitely recommend you to my sphere of geeks."

Newegg Customer Service Saved Me

"I ordered a desperately needed laptop battery from Newegg via Ebay. When I was advised it was delivered, I hadn’t yet received it. I waited a few days and called Newegg. I was told that a claim would have to be submitted and I would have to wait an unknown period of time for the claim results. I said I couldn’t wait-- I needed it now. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to Angelina G, a Customer Service Supervisor. She tackled my problem with gusto. She found a way to get me a replacement and quickly got it ordered. A few days later, the original, missing battery appeared in my mailbox. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same battery I ordered and didn’t fit my laptop. I advised Angelina and she arranged for its return. A few days later, the new battery, Angelina found, arrived and works well. Angelina spent a lot of time and effort helping me. She was exceptional. What she did for me was much more than I expected. She turned the unsatisfactory review I was going to give Newegg into a positive one. Newegg is fortunate to have her as a supervisor. Thanks Angelina G!"

Wish all companies had this kind of service!

"I ordered an inexpensive vanity mirror. Unbelievable customer service! I received emails of every step of the progress from ordering, payment received, packaging, shipping and arrival date expected. They were so thorough and the packaging my mirror came in was obviouszly well thought out to prevent breakage.

i was really impressed with this company's dedication to customer satisfaction. i will definitely use again anytime i can!
