"Vida was super super helpful, I first asked if I could price match an item which was unfortunately unable to math because of understandable reasons such as out of stock from original seller, and original seller price matching not allowed because of loss of profits. After that I brought up an RMA that I wasn't able to replace due to the item being out of stock as well, but Vida helped me get something of similar value as the same price! When someone else told me there was nothing they could do. "

"Just madde a purchase of a HP color laser jet printer from Newegg and it wouldn't even power on. Called and was told it wasn't their problem, it was a "third party seller's" issue and I would have to pay the shipping to send it back, needless to say a 50 lb printer is pretty costly. No customer service. First person I spoke to was exceptionally rude and obnoxious, second, not so much but pretty ignorant of the company's policy. Don't believe the guarantees, etc, the company relies on you not reading all of the return policies prior to your purchase, by then its all too late, and they ripped you off. Worst kind of cheats, grifters, and swindlers. BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!"

"Ordered four trail cameras off a Newegg ad that did not indicate the cameras were used. I ended up getting four used cameras shipped from third party businesses, three of which were broke, one even had rusted batteries in it. Fine print on the invoice that was emailed to me after the fact did indicate "For Parts Only" but that was too late to do me any good... no refund."
