Best Support from Newegg Representative

"There was a shipping problem with my order. My order was shipped by the vendor on the day that I ordered it. Great! It went from Illinois to California in 4 days, where I live, but before it arrived to me, it was shipped to Maryland, then back to Illinois, where it stayed for 6 days, before being shipped back to California, where it was finally delivered to me 16 days after it was ordered. It was supposed to be a 5 day delivery. Many thanks to Newegg Representative Angelo.G.Barajas for his customer support!"

Cassandra C. Montes & Newegg are exceptional

"I admittedly made a hasty purchase and ended up with an ASUS ROG STRIX X470-i motherboard which, as it turns out, does not have a digital optical audio jack! The Intel equivalent, the ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-i does and I still have my Intel CPU so I asked for an "exchange." I was prepared to eat my mistake but Cassandra made an exception. I have been a Newegg customer for so long and I am never disappointed, but this time they went above and beyond and I could not be happier. She even waived the restocking fee! I feel bad since it was my mistake but she and Newegg made it right anyway."

Ezequiel is AMAZING!!

"Ezequiel took my call, and absolutely made my personal problem HIS personal problem and helped me find an adapter cord from an old video camera to transfer data to my mac laptop. I never have been treated so respectfully as he did today (this tech world is not my world... I'm always intimidated by it). I can't say enough. He even went online and to other websites in the search to find the right adapter. He was patient, and super friendly on the phone. And kudos to Newegg for allowing space in their business model to have such talented people take phone calls from end-users as myself and help them find the correct product. A breath of fresh air in a world where other companies don't offer phone support at all. Thank you Ezequiel and Newegg!!"

Great Customer Service

"I want to say that in the beginning I had a few issues with my ordering with payment issues. After talking with customer service Jamal was able to help me a lot. Bought wrong cpu

"Bought a cpu, wasn’t the right one for my motherboard, it was 300 series specific. Called Newegg, the FIRST and ONLY guy I spoke to helped me with everything. Got store credit for entire order back by having the factory box and everything it came with. Very happy I didn’t waste my money on a silly mistake. "

Great Service even when orders not perfect.

"I had ordered a DIYPC computer case and it had a small chip in the glass side panel, one you couldn't really see but made for a sharp corner none the less. They offered to let me return it, or they offered to give me $30 back on a $55 case, so I took the $30 and got a steal on this case which no one will ever see has a chip and once its built it wont be opened so the sharpness also won't matter at that point. I feel like I lucked out and would highly recommend Newegg to people in the future. "

Customer service headache solved!

"I ordered a gaming chair that arrived torn. Scheduling a replacement to be sent out was no problem. Unfortunately, the prospect of waiting 3-5 days for the torn chair to get to Newegg, another 1-2 days for the return to be processed, and a final 3-5 days to get a (hopefully) undamaged chair was unappealing to me. After going back and forth with customer service for weeks trying to have a new chair shipped before I returned the original (I even offered to pay the full price of a new one as a deposit to ensure I returned the damaged one) I decided on a full refund. This seemed impossible as everywhere on the site said I'd have to pay over $100 to return a product I received damaged from day 1! Enter the heroine of the story, Pravi. She was able to get me another label to return my product and at no additional charge to me. She did a fantastic job and was a complete professional. I highly recommend her and cannot overstate how much she saved the day."
