Egg-cellent!

"The world would be a better place if everyone's return system and customer service were as good as Newegg's. They have comprehensive return policies spelled out clearly for all of their different types of products, and they even highlight the things that are non-refundable right on the product's page. I've interacted with their customer service three times in the past month, and each time they have resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly. Nothing bad to say."

Excellent Sales and Service

"I've purchased small items from Newegg before, but this time I purchased all the components for my first computer build. Their web page makes it easy to get the right parts, while avoiding incompatibility. The parts were delivered promptly, even earlier than expected. When I discovered damage to the power supply, the agent was quick and courteous. He promptly set up a refund and reorder, and emailed me a return label. "

Excellent Customer Service

"I called Newegg looking for information on a part I bought years previous through their site, I didn't have any of my records from the purchase and had made a guest account at the time of purchase. Giving my representative, Tammy, as much information as I could about my order from memory, she was able to not only give me the date of purchase and find record of my item, but also provided me with the contact information of the manufacturer for me to get my warranty replacement.

Great Customer Service

"Ordered a video card for a relative's birthday - the estimated shipping time (3-7 business days) should have been more than enough time to get there with time to spare. Some technical issue at their end caused the order processing to go much much slower than expected so instead of the card getting there 3-7 days after the order was placed it was actually going to get there closer to 12+ days thus missing my father-in-laws birthday. I contacted customer service about this and they were very receptive to my situation. The service rep rush processed and rush shipped a second card to ensure the card would make it there by my relatives birthday. I've been a Newegg customer since 2005 and good experiences like this are why I do all of my part shopping through Newegg."

"Noticed I put the wrong shipping address once a package had shipped, called immediately and was helped pleasantly by Vanessa. While she technically wasn't able to fix my problem, she suggested some solutions and went to great lengths in her attempts to fix my error. Here's hoping I can fix it later. "

"I use to always be concerned that rival companies were going to do something to drive me away from business with Newegg, but the prices have always been great and the support has been outstanding. Excellent Customer Service Representative

"Two days ago I had made a purchase for a Corsair Carbide Series Spec-Omega case for my gaming PC. After later checking my email and bank account transactions, I realised I made two purchases for the same case. However, since the items were already in the packaging stage, I was unable to cancel the extra order myself. When I called the Newegg customer service, I got a representative that quickly understood my problem and how to help. He completed the process of cancelling the order out and MADE MY MORNING within 5 minutes on the phone with him! "
