NewEgg is a great seller with SUPERIOR customer service!!

"I have purchased countless items from NewEgg over the years, and I have never had any issues with any item, the delivery, service, or any other part of the purchase/ownership experience. I want to share my most recent experience, where I did have to contact customer support. I had purchased a refurbished laptop in July for my daughter to take to college as her first laptop. It was a great deal. (I had shopped around and only found the same one for $70 more or higher, which is about 13% more than NewEgg's price.) I was fully aware that part of the deal with getting a refurbished one is that you cannot return it, except to replace it. 8 months later, my daughter thought it was stolen. I bought a new one to replace the first one, and then we found the first one. I chatted with a wonderful agent, Natalie, and requested that NewEgg make an exception to the written policy and allow me to return my laptop as as special case with rare circumstances. She took my request to her supervisor and quickly approved the return. Go, NewEgg! Thanks so much!"

bad phone charger

"i got my new phone and the charger cord did not work so i called new egg and told them my problem and they took enough off my bill so i could go to the store and buy another one there us no hassle at all thank you new egg for solving my problem so quickly"

Incompetent Customer Service And Warehouse Staff.

"I ordered a full machine, a large one. First time I've ever spent this much money on a single purchase barring buying a car. I place my online order and find that all the crucial components of my system are in the same warehouse 2 hours from my house. Fantastic.... Well it was supposed to be. Instead I notice my case has a different shipping number on it from the rest of my system. I call immediately and am told by chimp number 1 on the phone that cases ship separate because of there size. I can appreciate that, maybe even believe that. (Even though amazon, walmart, bestbuy, hell even defunct circuit city has 2 day shipping on cases but not newegg... right) So I check the next day, still sitting in the warehouse. I call the following day evening to find out why it hasn't been picked up yet and they dont have an answer. I call on the third day and the customer service rep jumps directly refunding my whole person because thats easier than explaining whats going on and dealing with a customer who has a justified concern. I ask to be patched through to a "support manager" whos only resolution method to get the case when it was supposed to be delivered is to refund it, re charge it and she would cover expedited shipping. (Like i'm supposed to trust that you'd ship it right the second time) The best part is that in this method, i would lose the interest free portion on the case which is the entire reason i signed up for your now obviously scam of a card. It is now 5 days later, my case still sits in the same warehouse 2 hours from my house. Hasn't been picked up. NOBODY can give me any kind of information on when it will ship. FedEx even went as far to say that it was probably placed on the wrong container that didn't have a label for it and the package is more than likely lost. It took me calling the CARRIER to get information because clearly its too much effort for your support staff to phone a warehouse to see what happened, if my case is still on a shelf or where its at. But I doubt that would do any good as i received my riser cable COMPLETELY DESTROYED still inside the bag. The damage was so glaringly obvious that i didn't even have to remove it from the bag. I can promise you it was not shipping damage as it was inside of an air bag packed HUGE box for a tiny little cable. There's no way possible you could have looked at the label on the bag to pull the part without seeing the obvious damage to it inside, but heck.. ship it anyways right? I'm now convinced you have chimps swinging from the raptors of your warehouse flinging crap at each other because they're clearly NOT shipping parts, and they're clearly NOT handling them correctly. I live in Indiana, I have now received 2 of the parts that were from California, AN ENTIRE COUNTRY AWAY, and yet the case, that also resides in Indiana, hasn't even left the warehouse. Do you not have some kind of system in place to throw a red flag? Or is purely indifference to what happens to your customers products? At this rate i'll receive my first credit card bill BEFORE i get my case. I'm ordering the case from walmart (which by the way was cheaper than your case WOW btw) It will be shipped to there store tomorrow (oh and free shipping to boot). So I can finally put together my machine. Never had an issue in years of online shopping, use Newegg ONCE and this is the outcome. How many phone calls or emails does it take for you to admit you've clearly dropped the ball, and contact your warehouse and get the damn package shipped? Lets find out, this make 4. "

Defective Graphics Card

"I ordered 3 graphics cards last week. They arrived last Friday. 1 was DOA. Newegg processed a expedited RMA, as I need the card for some new software. They overnighted the card and were great to work with!"

Easy Return

"I bought a Lenovo. It didn’t work out. But Newegg was really helpful in trying to get me support for the product and when that didn’t work out they were great about the return. customer service rep LOGAN did an A+++ job

"I've been a customer of Newegg since the 90's. And if they didn't give me 105% of their effort to keep me as a happy shopper, I would be buying my tech somewhere else! My former tech retailer was CompUSA. They closed their doors and, I also moved to a different town. So, since the town I now reside in, doesn't have many brick and mortar tech retailers, I've since been shopping with Newegg. I will remain a loyal customer for years too come.

Note: Above is my PREVIOUS review.

My New review concerns customer service rep LOGAN.

I give him 5 eggs/stars for the job that he did to resolve my problem. He stayed with me for OVER an hour voice call, listening, to my concerns and dealing with my frustration . And despite that, treated me with upmost respect as a loyal customer. He represents the best that Newegg has too offer in that department. DO NOT FIRE OR LAYOFF this employee! If you do you will lose a very, very valuable member of your customer service/sales force. If I ever need service in the future, which I will, I wish I could ask for him by name. Thank you again, and Newegg service is one of the reason I DON'T purchase from Walmart.com or Amazon.com.

What Service

"Every time I call Newegg they produce. Today I called Edmund with some questions about a keyboard I ordered and he was able to send my a complete invoice as well as information about my warranty (that I was unaware of) to handle the issue. Good conversational value while he was preparing the emails as well. I'm never wary about reaching out to Newegg with any issues I have, they have always been great to me as a customer."

Couldn't Be Better!

"For the last 10+ years I have shopped for over 98% of my computer parts on the NEWEGG website and my wife tells me when I am in need of something to "go to my favorite place to shop". The prices are highly competitive not to mention down-right fantastic in most cases.
Shipping is more than fair 99.99% of the time and customer service is downright awesome! I ALWAYS recommend NEWEGG before anyone else when it comes to computer parts.

Understanding when you make a mistake

"Had to RMA(replacement) a motherboard and bent over a lot of pins on the cpu socket, trying to figure out how to put the protector back on. Called them and explained what happened and they would allowed the RMA to go forward. The representative also upgrade my return to 3-5 day free shipping from 7 day so I would get quicker turnaround on the replacement."
