I had bought a liquid AIO Cooler. The package arrived promptly.
When looking at the box, it turned out that the cooler wasn't compatible with my motherboard. It wasn't exactly neweggs fault as some retailers had the same information.
I ordered a cooler that did not fit my motherboard.I talked to customer service twice, once to find out if I made a mistake on my end and once to return the product. Both times the customer service was friendly and patient.
When I was sure I could not use the product, I chatted with customer service a second time. The agent gave me a credit, took care of shipping and even helped me find another AIO water cooler that would be compatible. When I found 2 very similar products, they explained the technical differences. They went above and beyond.
New egg has great customer service. Sometimes other sites have better prices by a small margin. But it's always worth it to pay a little more and go with newegg. Their customer service is unparalleled."

"Bought a wireless adapter but couldn't install it. Asked about a refund and they gave me the full refund and told me to keep the product! I since had a friend fix the reason I couldn't install and called them to ask them to please recharge me for the product and they said to give them a review instead. So here it is. Great company, pleasant people on the phone. I have a computer I bought from them 10 years ago and it is still going strong with very few problems and usually ones of my own making! Very happy with their service and products. Fantastic!"

"Most PC parts are non refundable, I would recommend going elsewhere for expensive parts. Defects do happen, and rather than getting a refund like what most retailers do, Newegg doesn't honor that policy. They wouldn't even give me a gift card for the amount, only a replacement."

"Newegg was my go to place to get computer parts since 2004 but after problems with the last several orders I am done with them. The latest issue is as follows..... Cryorig issued funds to Newegg as compensation for a damaged motherboard (due to the Cryorig A40 cooler leaking in my computer while under warranty) on March 21'st 2019. I got an email from Cryorig and from Newegg and immediately contacted Newegg via chat to see how they were going to send the funds. I was informed by Newegg employee Ian that Newegg had sent the funds back to the original debit card which was used to make the purchase in 2017. I informed Ian that that's impossible since the debit card for that purchase was no longer valid because I had closed that bank account when I moved to a new city in August of last year. Ian was supposed to contact the accounting department and I was told that they would resolve the issue and I would receive the funds in 4-6 business days. After a week I still hadn't received compensation and was assured by another chat agent named Connie that it would be another 4-6 business days before I would receive a check which would be mailed that afternoon. Long story short and after holding the funds for no reason and making a plethora of excuses and numerous calls and rants by me with multiple agents and with supervisor named Vicky (Vicky was the only person who actually cared, took the time to get to the bottom of the issue and do her job. Vicky was the only positive part of this experience and she should be commended) I have received an email from Newegg with a tracking number for the check which is SUPPOSED to be delivered tomorrow April 4th 2019 via FedEx. This will be my last dealing with Newegg as it isn't the first time they have drug their feet on either a refund or RMA. Newegg had me as a customer since 2004 but from now on I'll take my business to another e-tailer!"

"Newegg is a no worries marketplace, if something goes wrong they are very professional and willing to help.
I did have an issue with a third party seller but the support team worked to resolve it very professionally.
Word of WARNING: Be VERY persistent with 3rd party sellers in the event of a return or follow up with newegg support, Eluktronics (who I purchased from on this market) seemed to lack on professional response time/lack thereof and I would reccomend avoiding their products on here as a result as their service was horrible without newegg intervention.
