"2-26-2019 Made a physical order of 3 CD's of Microsoft Office. I can not down load a product key because of the internet connection. Efferin had told me that wasn't a problem with a disc format. They came in Product Code. 3-13-19 spoke to Pravi. She was willing to help me get these product codes to disc form, sent photos of UPC and Serial Number to get this resolved. 3-18-2019 spoke to Karen she said she would call me back. 3-19-2019 spoke to Billy and he said Karen was on it and to wait another 24hrs. 3-21-2019 spoke to Bill again. Now he is saying Newegg dont have CD's do download these product keys. OK let me return for credit. Oh these are non returnable so I'm out $377.23. Talked to Efferin and he is telling me you gave me the product code and thats it. This is why I called it in to get it in disc format. I could've ordered off the internet if I wanted a product key code. I hope Efferin got a good comish for his sale. Thanks for nothing Newegg!"

"During the checkout process of a rather large purchase, nearly $900.00, I chose PayPal. That's when things started to go wrong. I got error message screens asking me to 'Try Again', and that returned a screen with a "RedirectURL" error message and a few other very disturbing errors. I was concerned that, my payment may get processed twice, (and all the hassle that would entail to get my money back) or that it was a possibility that some hacker or something untoward was going on, or I just didn't know what. So I got on the phone with NewEgg. A very calm and knowledgeable Mr. Memo N. answered my call and actually listened to my concerns completely, even though I'm certain that I sounded frantic. He did not interrupt me, did not ask me questions that I had already given him the information for, and calmly responded and said he would stay on the phone with me to ensure that my purchase went through without error. While we waited for all the processing to go through, he very kindly listened to me express some personal frustrations about what lead to me having to spend this large amount of money that I can hardly afford. This is to Mr. Memo N.'s boss... make sure to pay him well or you may lose him. Employees of his caliber are hard to find. Finally, Mr. Memo, thank you for helping me, and making sure that everything worked out right and for listening to me, you made a tasty omelet out of a broken egg. :-) God bless you and yours."

"PCpartspicker is my go to for deals on PC parts. I found multiple things on other sites but in the end through rebates and lower shipping time vs cost it's usually better through newegg.
Coming from TigerDirect back in the day to newegg sure surprised me with the service and welcome Newegg gives you in their service.
I had an issue with a package that hadn't shipped out and called to inquire about it. Only growing curious if it were going to be shipped I asked the representative of it and he went well out of his way to credit the shipping cost and upgrade it to free 1-3 day w/ expedited. I cannot recall his name, however he was incredibly friendly and most helpful. A standard for all CSRs.
I have bought from Amazon, B&H and old tigerdirect. But I have yet to stop buying from Newegg and dont see that anytime soon happening."

"During checkout you can pay extra for 2 business day EXPEDITED shipping. After paying extra for this expedited service Newegg then ships the item a day and half later via Fedex ground. Insuring there is no chance for you to get the item in the time frame you paid for.
After contacting support concerning the extra charge for expedited service you are told "its an estimated" delivery day you are paying for not a real one. That normal shipping is 4 to 7 days so paying extra for expedited service and "getting the item 5 days after you ordered it is considered on time, have a nice day"
Basically "pound sand, thanks for paying extra for non expedited service"
I have had a separate business and personal accounts with Newegg since 2002. 17 years and feel this will probably be my last order on either account."
