"Newegg is hands-down the best site to purchase tech and electronics from in the USA. You may occasionally find a lower price somewhere else. But if that cheaper item turns out to be defective I can 100% guarantee you that you'd rather be dealing with Newegg customer service than a competitor's. Add in all the informative user reviews on products and the readily available product information (try finding CPU cooler height listed on Amazon.) and this is the absolute best site there is. Shipping is incredibly fast as a bonus. I signed up for the Premier 3-day shipping, and I also have Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. I made two orders on the same Thursday from Newegg and Amazon. Newegg's items literally arrived the next day. Amazon didn't arrive until Monday. "

"I placed an order with Newegg on 3/3, and noticed that Newegg hadn't even shipped it by 3/7 - so I contacted Newegg customer service to check on the status, as I really needed this part ASAP.
I used the Newegg customer service chat option, and was put in touch with somebody named "Iverson" after a short wait. Iverson assured me that my item would ship soon, and that I would definitely have it before 3/13. That is still a very long time to wait compared to Amazon, but I didn't cancel the order because as long as I had the item by 3/15 I'd be ok.
I checked the shipping status this morning, and Fedex indicates that my item will arrive on 3/19. That is nearly ONE FULL WEEK after Newegg's customer service rep promised that I'd have the item by, and is well past the date that I actually need the item by.
The Newegg CSR simply lied to me to prevent me canceling the order! I'll never deal with a company this dishonest again - the same item was a few dollars more on Amazon, and Amazon consistently gets items to me within 48 hours and has excellent customer service whenever I need it."

"I had to have 3 motherboards shipped to me. Newegg said it would take 7-10 business days to process. It took only 2-3. Then I had a processor that I had for 90 days that was bad and didn't know it because the Motherboards were bad. Newegg made an exception for me and replaced it. Newegg has went above and far beyond to satisfy me. I am very grateful. I was buying nothing but new Tech and that is why I had bad components. That's the way it goes when you're a part of the first wave of people buying new tech."

"Mr. Lee was accommodating when describing a solution to my problem. At this time order history was unavailable; he asked what I needed and emailed it to me immediately. He then patiently waited for me to verify that I received what I needed. AMD has a weird verification process that required me to submit a ticket with proof of purchase. A very frustrating process from AMD."
