"I basically called regarding a sale going on for ram as I recently purchased some nice ram myself. Unfortunatley my model did not apply and the coupon expired anyones however Raz was nice enough to get me half of the coupons price value in store credit! This was so unexpected and I am so happy. "Had a little trouble getting an order to go through. Started a chat up with customer service and had a man named Darrel help me out. Was a super quick fix and he answered any questions i had. I always go Newegg when getting computer parts and so far ive had good experiences with them and recommend them to anyone looking for computer parts."

"I bought a WD Black from them and it has been hell for me to return the SSD. Nothing is wrong with the item I just bought the wrong thing. This will be the last time I EVER buy anything from them. So if you buy the wrong thing for your system good luck on getting to return it."

TOP notch customer service!

"There was and issue with our order and the bank. I called and was connected to Ezequiel.E.Martinez who was EXTREMELY professional, helpful, and was able to break down for us the reasons why the bank had flagged the order. He also detailed the order status and delivery times pertaining to some of the items ordered. TLDR; He nipped the problem in the bud, and had us assured that we made the right choice by using NewEgg. The man should be promoted for doing such an incredible job calming down the wife, and any worries regarding our funds. THANK YOU Ezequiel!!"

Newegg's shipping laid an egg

"Monday: ordered 2 pc cases.
Wednesday: by "End of Day". Stayed up until 11 PM. Wife stayed up until 1 AM.
Thursday 5 AM: No cases. Tracking from OnTrac says cases delivered at 5:57 PM Wednesday.
Claims issued by Tammy.T.O'Malley. Nice lady. Good service.
OnTrac says they can't help because Newegg wants to process...

"I ain't got no cases" and "I can't get no satisfaction".

Customers should get to pick SHIPPERS and prices.

Received 4 of my 5 boxes

"All packages delivered by FedEx but missing one and was told the final box was delivered to the proper address. Then asked the Newegg support about a resolution to this twice and after the seller told responded stating they had denied my claim for a missing package. The Newegg support told me they could do nothing for me and to file a police report for a stolen package but FedEx never delivered the final package and stated it was delivered while I know for a fact this is incorrect."
