"I’ve been buying from Newegg for over 5 years now. I’ve bought many, upon many computer parts. Cases, power supplies, RAM, CPU’s, GPU’s, etc., I’ve bought it all.
I finally ran into a problem outside of Newegg where my package hadn’t been delivered, prior to me ordering it over two weeks ago. So I called Fedex and USPS, and they both told me that they couldn’t find the package because it was in transit. So I contacted Newegg and they gave me the solution right off the bat. No edge-cutting, nothing. They told me they’d file a claim and that they would give me a full refund if USPS/Fedex can’t find my package.

"Ordered and item on Jan 1st and it stated ETA shipping will be Jan 4th due to inventory but it did not ship till Jan 7th, 2 friends of mines ordered laptops 1 on the 4th he got his on Jan 7th, the other ordered on Jan 5th and his ordered will be delivered on Jan 8th. Warehouse dropped the ball on my order.

"I was surprised Newegg had a phone # you can call! A lot of sites don't! I called about an item I wanted to purchase. The lady I spoke with was great! She was so helpful and nice! So I ordered 2 of this product, no tax free shipping and I should receive it in 3 to 5 business days! I had purchased this same item from Samsung only to get a run around, saying now it won't be shipped till April 12th! Of course I called them and canceled the order! And I even got the same exact item for less money from Newegg! So we will see how long it takes for me to get my items, then I will write a follow up review! So far I like Newegg!"
