Customer for life

"Newegg continues to impress me

A few weeks ago, a hard drive was listed extremely low. It was clearly a pricing error and the order was cancelled but Newegg still issued a $15 gift card for the error.

Even more recent (November 2018), I ordered a new CPU last week for $150. Today, the same CPU was $22.50 less at Newegg's eBay store with eBay's 15% off code. I called Newegg customer service and Becky was fantastic. She understood exactly what my concern was without any clarification needed. She provided some Eggpoints as a price difference compensation and made me very happy!

There's a reason I check my email daily for Newegg deals. I've never had a bad experience with them in the 4 years I've been active with them.

Give Becky a raise!

Amazing service best employee there!

"I have called in before and spoken to a few other customer service representatives, 1 of which were pleasant the others were not helpful and refused to help. Becky was by far the best, not only did she do what she could to help she was curteous, professional and went above and beyond my expectations and was lightyears above the service I recieved previously. I will only work with her for customer service needs, hopefully someone reads this and gives her a raise or promotion, she deserves it that is a good employee and would make an excellent leader. "

Newegg customer service has been exemplary both times I have called

"I have been a newegg customer for a fewq years, and I have only had to call twice for RMA to verify I had completed the RMA process correctly. In both cases the reps were friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me make sure that everything was aligned and we were able to get everything set up to replace the items without any pain on my part.

I appreciate the reps being engaging and friendly as well as their professional conduct. Please pass on my thanks.

Stanley W is a Customer Service Legend

"I had an RMA denied by ASUS due to a serial number being missing. The product was purchased in late December and was well past the retailer return date, but I contacted the retailer, Newegg, anyway to see if they could help. The CS rep I spoke to, Stanley W, was extremely helpful. This was possibly the best CS experience I've had with a major retailer. Stanley spent nearly an hour on the phone helping to walk me through the process of releasing my information to Newegg so they could reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf.
The issue isn't necessarily resolved, ASUS could still come back and tell me I've voided my warranty, but that's on ASUS being an awful company that prioritizes profit over their customers and the quality of their products.
Newegg and Stanley more than held up their end of the bargain as a retailer and I will not hesitate to shop with Newegg again.

Newegg Customer Support Wins Again!

"I misunderstood the Newegg Price Protection feature and bought something for $20 more than I needed to. Not only was the customer support fantastic (thanks Elena S.), but they went out of their way to make up most of that difference with store credit when it was my own mistake. This kind of service is why I still prefer Newegg over Amazon."

She went above and beyond

"Newegg Rep Victoria B. was calm and courteous to me the entire time during our call. I had an issue with a different avenue of their business (eBay). It ended up not being Newegg's fault.

Victoria stepped it up and was able to make my experience amazing by putting together the right pieces in my order to give me exactly what I needed. I would absolutely give Newegg my business again. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great Service and No Stress

"I have had 15 years of great purchasing experience with NewEgg.
Every order has been shipped quickly, completely, and in perfect condition.
I have experienced just 3 product issues that were OEM RMA issues, and NewEgg has always stepped in to ensure a rapid and easy exchange to get my business up and rolling again.
Recently Drew in customer service helped with a lighting quick graphics card exchange pursuant to an manufacturer defect. Thanks again! Having a new system go down can be a depressing moment, but with guys like Drew at newegg, there is no need to be stressed.
