"I purchased Widows 10 PRO 64bit OEM . Went to use Product code and they have a new very stupid way to minimize theft. Small box to fit al sets of code and you have to scratch off top layer to get code. First set of code was unreadable. Called Microsoft they told me too bad but I turned to newegg who I purchased from. I spent over $3000 dollars getting parts to build system and unable to activate and make personal changes. After numerous emails I finally got someone to care enough to see it through to solve. Angelina Gongora a supervisor in premier service would not stop until I was activated and up and running. Like the OLD DAYS she carried about my personal situation and did all the little things no one bothers do to anymore. I buy majority of merchandise from Newegg but this almost made me lose faith until Angelina took it over. What a great feeling to feel I was important to Her to spend the time to get me solved and she did it with a kind caring attitude the whole way through. What I love about Newegg is their phone support staff as well as great quality service and I hope this NEVER changes. I have been using Newegg since maybe 2004 and within those 14 years I have never had but positive experiences with Newegg, if I had any I can't remember them. And that's very telling of what to expect from a company, because usually if you do have a greatly negative experience with a specific company, it will haunt you for just about forever.
Newegg for me has never had a negative experience that I can think up off the top of my head. Instead what I do think about what I think, "Newegg" is personable phone support service such as what David.D.Ho provided me with as well as an in depth understanding of what I was talking about when it came to my concerns. Which is especially important because this means that David.D.Ho was able to fully understand what I was talking about when it came to specific concerns about particular products. This is a great difference you will see at Newegg compared to other online retailers such as BestBuy, Amazon, etc.
Because while Amazon phone support is kind and patient, you get the sense they are reading a script based off certain words you say instead of Newegg they are more concerned with what your personal problem is because they already understand what you're going through.

"I ordered $2200 worth of parts and one of those was an AIO radiator. Shipping box was in perfect shape but everything inside was wet from a leaking radiator. The box was so soaked it literally was a mush pulp and that did not happen in the 3 days it took to get to me. It was packed in the box wet and 5 days later I am still waiting to hear back on my "claim". I sent at least 7-8 pictures clearly showing what happened and now they are not even answering emails. Tried to chat online and was 118 back in line and their system "crashed" when I got to 10th spot.
