"I accidentally bought two of the same Cyber Power UPS'.
I wanted to use the gift certificate my son gave me toward the purchase price.
Somehow I ordered TWO UPS', one using the gift certificate and the second at full price.
I tried cancelling the full price purchase, but that fast it was being packaged for delivery and I didn't have the option to cancel it.
So I searched for another way to cancel the purchase and decided to try the Chat option, and discovered I was number 192 in the cue but was given the option of saving my place in the cue and have them call me and I chose that option.
Now this is what I call Outstanding, I expected to be on-guard waiting hours for the phone call. In less than an hour and a half TWO representatives, Trinity then Dee called to resolve my issue! WOW!
My issue was professionally resolved by the Customer Service TEAM.
It seems the TEAM called to resolve my issue! Emailing me with the confirmations and putting my concerns to rest. Free of lengthy waiting/concerns,I was able to address other
personal work worry free.
Much to my surprise and delight the UPS was delivered early the following day and I'm using it right now!

"To be honest, my experience with Newegg's customer service has been hit or miss, but I received amazing customer service by Bryan Wood this evening and if ALL of Newegg's customer service reps treated customers the way Bryan treated me (with kindness, helpfulness, and patience), they'd be golden. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a product and third party seller. Bryan helped me out and is still actively on top of the issue to make sure it gets resolved. That said, overall, I do think that Newegg is a solid business. I think that the return process could be slightly easier (even if something is directly from Newegg) and that the wait time when calling customer service could be shorter, but I wouldn't deter anyone from giving Newegg a try if they were shopping for electronics. "I had a problem when trying to purchase a desktop, it withdrew my credit from the newegg card but gave me a verification error 30 minutes later and it voided my order. I could have waited 3-5 days to get the credit back and try the purchase again, but the promo on the computer ended tonight. I talked on the phone with synchrony (the bank that the newegg card is associated with) for hours and eventually one of the managers told me to call newegg and get a conference call going to fix this issue. Took about 20 minutes and they squared everything away. Liandra E Reyna was the most helpful customer support aggent I've ever had. "I have made multiple purchases from Newegg over a period of about a decade, so they were at the top of my list as I went about shopping for the components for my latest workstation build. The reason for taking the time to document my most recent purchases is that for every step in the process, I received outstanding results from the seller's side of the counter.
A. Their on-line catalog is very well stocked and uses the electronic capabilities for search and comparison to permit the widest range of choices of reputable brands.
B. Placing an order, and covering all the details concerning shipment is handled by an easy-to-follow, uncluttered set of screens.
C. For folks, like me, who would like quick delivery, but not at a high cost, their no-charge options are almost always available even for purchases of a low dollar value.
D. Their arrangements with FedEx have long provided good tracking, but now in a time when no parcels are safe on doorsteps in almost any community in our land, the option to have the items left at a convenient FedEx facility, is very, very welcome.
E. Now, as it turned, out, for my first time ever, I did receive an electronic item which was DOA, so, for my first time ever, I became acquainted with the entire RMA processing cycle, and I have to say, that was almost as simple and satisfactory as taking a purchase back to the nice folks at HomeDepot. The fact that I did not have to pay for the return shipment really surprised me.
F. The crediting back to my account was handled quite promptly.
This is the way to shop, and the place to do it.
