She was so helpful and made sure everything was corrected. This is one of the main reasons i shop Newegg. If you have to call them they are always there to help, even if you messed up. "Newegg has always had its ups and downs in service. It has usually been non-problematic, but when you do have an issue, it takes several tries with contacting newegg customer support via phone or chat to get your issue resolved. It took several days for me to even have a solution going. Prior to that it was always the repeated formulaic response when you have an issue or they simply hang up on you.
A particular person named Jasper.J.Betancure from Newegg customer support had met my expectations and had actually took his time/effort and provided the right service in helping me. I would like to thank him and his efforts to make Newegg a reputable company with good customer service. I hope others follow his efforts and takes time to listen to the customer's needs. "
