Great Customer Service Experience with Irene!!!

"Called in today inquire some questions and got Customer Representative Irene. She was not only patience but very help regarding a charge I had on my bill and also an exchange order. Makes my Newegg Premier felt like it was worth that annual fee. Irene was professional and was able to help me resolved all of my concerns. Eggcellent Customer Service

"I had an issue with bad Ram which was beyond the 30 day return policy. Team Group wanted me to ship the Ram from the US to Taiwan which costs almost as much as the Ram itself. Newegg made an exception for me and are allowing me to exchange the product with them. I greatly appreciate their working with me to resolve this issue. That's the kind of customer service that will keep getting my future business. "

Best place for PC parts and customer service

"I have been ordering PC parts for many many years from Newegg and have build a new machine about once each year. Last week I received a defective motherboard and Newegg exchanged it for me without any hassle whatsoever. The rep (Stark) went above and beyond, if only more companies had staff like this, everyone would be better off. :)

Finally a company that understands the value of a positive customer buying experience

"I recently purchased a MSI motherboard x470 and right out of the box, it was defective. The socket would not properly lock the CPU. I am not a newbie when it comes to building PCs, and even after emailing MSI service, I was told by the rep that after looking at the photos I snapped for him, that it was indeed defective. The rep then proceeded to tell me to fix it myself, and told me sorry, but there's nothing else we can do to help, please contact your reseller.

I tried to contact MSI Korea, which is where I am based, and they refused to touch it, even after I told them I would pay full price for any repairs, because I purchased it from America.

So no one is taking responsibility. No one is offering compensation for purchasing a dud. MSI just keeps passing the buck to someone else.

I contact Newegg and talk to Haylina, who offers me a partial refund for my troubles. This was after I told them that I didn't want to go through RMA since I probably damaged the board trying to fix it, which if you remember, was what MSI told me to do. I also did not want to pay for shipping from Korea to the U.S. and end up getting my RMA denied.

Newegg takes responsibility for MSI's blunder.
Newegg offers me compensation while MSI just tells me sorry and tells me I'm on my own.
Newegg had every legal right to offer me nothing, but they valued the customer relationship, and wanted to take responsibility for trying to improve my terrible buying experience.

Buy from Newegg. Don't buy MSI.

Awesome Customer Service!

"I had a manufacturing issue with a power supply I received. I bought it on sale and during a rebate promotion that was about to expire. Davina in customer service RMA'd the PSU I had and made sure I would get a new power supply delivered in time to use for the rebate and at the same sale price I had before. The whole process was way easier than I thought it was going to be. Thanks Davina!"

"I had an issue with an error message locking me out of my newegg account..
I called the newegg customer support line, and was greeted by a well mannered individual with a concerned, helpful and pleasant demeanor..
He, as if casually fixed and solved my dilemma..
While maintaining pleasantries about geography and weather conditions in our different locations..
He assertively gathered from my concerns, that a password reset would solve my issues..

I needed the password reset to purchase my WiFi extender, and now that I have..
I would like to show credit, where credit is due..

"I recently returned a iPad that wasn't charging and preferred a replacement rather than a refund. I have experienced communication problems this week due to bad connections, etc. I have just completed a transaction with Justin of Newegg getting information on the original transaction along with ordering another iPad. I want to commend Justin on his patience walking through this entire transaction with me and his information and suggestions which were extremely helpful in assisting me to make a decision in getting another iPad. Justin was very understanding and helpful throughout this entire process. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea.
