"I’ve purchased several products from NewEgg in my teen years. I’ve recently as an adult have picked up some items from NewEgg. I must say the quality of service is still A1+ and they offer one of widest selections of electronic, cpu, gaming items in the world. I recently purchased an item and they mistakenly delivered the item to me on the same day! Ha talk about lucky! On top of that - because NewEgg and I were not sure if the package was delivered (I received a “delivered” notification before recieving the package. This is what prompted me to call NewEgg in the first place) NewEgg decided to start a claim on the item so if the item was lost the process to refund or resend the items would be already started! I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and was not worried. But as I mentioned, I was lucky and my package came later that night! I ordered at 3:30am and received it around 8pm the same day! Woo NewEgg! Love ya!"
"I preordered an item to ship to a different address. When the item came in they were concerned that it was a fraudulent order and sent me an e-mail telling me the order was cancelled due to suspected fraud.
I called Customer Service, and spoke to Christopher, he was able to assist me in reordering the item, getting me the price of my original order, and updating my account information.

"First off, Azlynn, you rock. You went way above the level of help I assumed to get. I think I'm in love with you. The way you helped me by far exceeded my expectations. You were polite, straight to the point, and overall just perfect.
Okay now to what made me think I'd get pretty bad support. I waited in the chat queue for about 40 minutes only for the chat window to close itself suddenly. Frustrated I opened up another chat where I waited for only 25 minutes before it closed itself for no reason as well. Finally I waited another 30 minutes before I was connected to Azlynn.
The problem is not the amount of people I had to wait behind for help. I completely understand that there are only a limited number of representatives and each customer can take up a random amount of time with their problems. No worries there. The problem is the interface that doesn't work. I shouldn't have to wait for an hour and a half when I was tenth in line an hour ago. I'm disappointed with this section of Newegg's site as it doesn't accurately reflect the rest of the site. Newegg.com is a pretty good site to look for computer parts and accessories, but it's a **** nightmare for getting help (up until you get connected to the fantastic support team).
Azlynn, if you read this, I don't know how I've lived my life up to this point without you. I will miss you. You're the best."

"Received email from new egg package delivered, but it wasn't here? Checked tracking, stated delivered. Gave them a day- no delivery. Contacted a neighbor who got one of our packages and we one of theirs 1 street over same number. X1st Pl instead of X1st LN. They were out of town and we went over next day after finally contacting them. Package on front porch soaked in water with tape coming of top of box -water logged.
Contacted New Egg and Samantha helped get it straightened out via the call line . (after 2 text contacts one before a successful chat contact and one after to close claim?. Even though it was not closed. text muddied the chat 2 different representatives)
Back to Samantha:
She sent out a return with prepaid label and will send out new product upon receipt of damaged box . She expedited shipping both ways. This will still put receipt of my order a week or so later later than expected due to this FedEx failure of delivery.

"Purchased a "Unlocked international" phone, and received a letter with it indicating that the phone would not work on Sprint, Verizon, or several other US carriers. This information was not on the listing, but since they send a letter with the phone I have to assume this happens frequently.
We tried to create a return and were originally told they would override the restocking fee and send us a return label, but the return still had the restocking fee on it, and upon calling back we were told we would have to ship it ourselves and request reimbursement for the shipping.
The package was signed for 3 weeks ago, and we still don't have a refund because the seller says they never received it.
Newegg says that since we shipped it back ourselves we have to deal with FedEx to file a claim.
This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never had to deal with this crap from Amazon just because something was from a third party seller."
