"The Newegg customer service representative I spoke with understood my problem (I needed six identical drives for my NAS).
He was the first of the representatives I spoke with who checked the marketplace reseller inventory and saw that the reason I received only three of the six drives purchased was lack of inventory.
He quickly proposed a solution:
1) Return the three drives I received for a full refund
2) Sent me a number of alternative drives which meet my requirements
The key for me was that not only he was responseive (all of the Newegg representatives I spoke with were responsive). He was knowledgeable and understood my requirements.

"I needed a printer for testing at my business and was told it was in stock in Florida where I am located. Wow this is like the fast shipping I get from Amazon.
We really needed it to ship as there was a storm brewing in the gulf and this would probably affect shipping. We placed the order Thurs. When we did not see any tracking on Friday I called customer
service and they said it was shipping from Clearwater,Fla and they would send me a tracking number. Great, that's a one day ship. On Friday all I received was an invoice no tracking number. On Monday I received an email saying it would ship out of New Jersey and we could not even start tracking until Tues. What happened to shipping from Florida!! and why did it not ship Friday? As far as printers go all they do is slap a shipping label on the box and give it to FedEx. Maybe they just have too many orders to fill in a timely manner, I guess a good problem for Newegg and not so good for us.

"I order a gtx 1080 ti awhile ago, only for my order to be bounced. Under confusion I reorder the same card and didn't think anything of it. 5 days later when my card DIDN'T come in I went looking for answers. I found out that my debit card has a limit of only 1000 dollar purchases, and it was causing the delays. So I jumped on new egg and contacted customer support to be put on a line with Stark. He gilded me through everything I needed to know and was super friendly. We chatted for a while about the problem and how to fix it. I know time is everything to companies and normally when you call a support line they seem in a hurry or they try to rush to conclusions and fix the problem as fast as possible with no regards to you. Stark through me for a loop and was supper caring, understanding, and knowledgeable on the topic. All in all I've never had someone help and not make it seem rushed or forced. That means a ton to people, and not feeling rushed or pushed is amazing.
