"Originally called because my account wasnt registering purchases as for some reason the purchases were registering to a guest account?! Plus I never received a 12tb ironwolf that supposedly came with my order. I thought it was still in transit, as I have purchased them in the past and they came from BC. But this time, it wasnt received and there was only 1 tracking number. I ordered another as I have a customer waiting for the drive.
Anyways, the operator was very helpful.

"As a relatively new Newegg Canada customer, I was apprehensive about the support I would get on any issues I may have with my purchases. Recently, I had an issue with a mail-in rebate not being recognized by the manufacturer. Rather than having me jump through hoops with EVGA, Will at Newegg simply issued my rebate directly from Newegg, stating that it would be fairer for me.
Completely different approach than most other companies! They didn't doubt my story, they didn't try to find a loophole to get out of having to honour the agreement. Just did what was RIGHT by the customer. As a result, I am definitely going to be buying from Newegg Canada in future.
Edit: Had another excellent encounter with Newegg customer support. UPS was trying to charge me $15 for returning a package. David Ho from Newegg made things so easy for me. Understood my problem, and offered the solution that was simplest and most satisfactory for me. I'm very impressed by Newegg."

"I bought a monitor from Newegg on the mobile app, but forgot to add the extended warranty. Once the order had reached the shipping stage an hour later, I realized my mistake: Buying a cheaper-quality monitor without adding the extended warranty! Since the warranty is only "US Warranty" (Newegg does abide by their eggcellent 30 day return / refund policy mind you) I decided to get an extended warranty as my credit card's extended warranty policy would not have covered the US-only warranty it offers. Jackie from Customer Service had no issue helping me, despite it being in the "not being able to modify order" stage due to packing. Now, I have a 3 year extended warranty, and am feeling a bit better about my purchase. Thanks, Newegg!"
