"NewEgg are some of the best people for customer support out there. They'll go the extra mile to facilitate you despite some companies being completely awful with their warranty/replacement (Samsung) which tell you to replace things via NewEgg. The fact NewEgg is willing to actually stick their neck out and fulfill these requests is incredible.
I don't trust any other tech reseller as much as I do NewEgg, Amazon is a good company don't get me wrong... but when the chips are down NewEgg;
1: Never deletes your order history
2: Are much more accommodating with customer support
3: Price Match
4: Have the best motto: "Have an eggxcellent day."
NewEgg also has the most well thought out and informative product descriptions out there. Again, they're beyond good, they go the extra mile for us, buying tech can be a hectic and frustrating experience especially when something goes wrong like it has for me. But NewEgg are there to help you through it.
