I gave this review 5 stars because of her only. I would probably enter 4 stars but really want to thank her for her help where she even made my voided order go through. One star less would be provided mainly for the reason of verification issue on the system side, even though I think it was dew to a lack of operational capabilities, more then my fault.
So here is why: The verification process is based on comparing billing address against address recorded by bank, which is not my shipping address. Newegg allows me to enter only the address where I want the purchased item to be sent, so shipping address. If these don't match, verification fails. If the system allowed me to enter different address for billing and shipping, there would not be any verification issue. It is standard option in 2018 in many online stores. I believe, you guys are already working on it!"

"I purchased a smartphone (Moto g6) from NewEgg. Everything was as expected except for one issue. The website listed the phone as a US version which normally should work well in Canada (for GSM/UMTS/WCDMA/LTE). Although the model listed on their Canadian website specified a one year warranty, it turns out that the warranty is not valid in Canada (Motorola warranty service has to ship to a US address). To their credit, NewEgg offered me a full refund."
