This guy - Brandon Pierce - was polite, professional, and efficient; he quickly determined that my package had been sent to the wrong address by the marketplace seller (UnBeatableSaleUSA), and ordered up a claim. I want to emphasize that this guy represents my experience with Newegg.ca, and his positive and unflappable attitude more than made up for the delivery snag. It took less than a week for my HD cabinet to arrive, and in spite of it being left against my apartment door, nobody heisted it before I got home after 17:00H (honest neighbours yay.
