"It's always sad to have to contact the customer service for a RMA, and even worse when the RMA isn't going as smoothly as possible.
I couldn't get the return label for some reasons, so I contacted Newegg.ca via their Chat platform. While it took a while to get an answer, the agent was quick to answer, and even suggest a better way to do things.
Now I should (we'll see about that) receive the return label within 24 hours, and Purolator will come pick up my item on a scheduled day (it's convenient for me as I'm working from home).
