"Phenomenal experience after experiencing a frustrating error with purchasing a Lenovo Y520. Basically the purchase didn't go through for no reason whatsoever and I had a hard time making the computer come in time for my cousin's birthday. Thankfully I was able to speak with Keith H, one of the representatives of Newegg who was incredibly helpful in not only solving my issue, but making sure it was the smoothest transaction possible.
Keith was super understanding, but more importantly for me, he was fast. I think a lot of representatives can be kind and understanding, but Keith got stuff done. I called in the morning, and by lunch my order was already put back into the system with the new, cheaper price, as well as express shipping. Can't thank him enough, huge kudos to Keith and the support team at Newegg.

"Ordered a time sensitive delivery, gave extra couple of days to account for slow shipping. Half of my products arrived on time and the rest will end up being delayed by more than a week. Customer service refunded shipping, which is nice but doesn’t at all solve the problem.
