Refund

"I spoke with a representative about the restocking fees and he removed the fees then sent me an email confirming it. Returned the item but when they processed it they charged me the fees. talked again with a representative and told me that the email was not a valuable proof. I was on the phone for 30 min. they first tried to meet me half way then finally gave me full refund. So now keep your snapshots of your chat with them or just go on amazon for the peace of mind"

Darrel Exceeded My Expectations...

"When ordering a desktop internal hard drive, I screwed up the order, picking one that was almost identical to the hard drive I really wanted. An honest mistake. I then used Newegg's automated return system to generate an RMA, but I wasn't 100% sure of the RMA specs and wanted to talk through the circumstances of my order with an actual person. Through customer service, I connected with Darrel Hernandez, who immediately walked me through all the details of my RMA. Ultimately Darrel agreed that my order and subsequent refund request was not as "cut and dry" as the automated system had made them out to be. In short, he was well-informed, conversational, professional and friendly: qualities that are not always evident in customer service calls. "

She was professional, courteous, helpful and even had a great sense of humour. My experience with her was not just a simple Q&A, she really made me feel like a valued customer. Hands down ***BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE*** i've experienced

"I have placed many orders with Newegg.ca and they have been great, always fast shipping and hassle free, but the real test is always customer service when things go wrong. I ordered 2 Rosewill 1000watt power supplies and sadly both failed within 3 months of purchase. I threw one away, not wanting to go through the usual headaches of warranty returns, but when the second failed I decided to bite the bullet and see what would be done. I was genuinely surprised. Ernie Gomez was my customer service rep, and he was terrific!!! Thanks to Ernie's efforts, Newegg is sending me a replacement upon inspection of mine to rule out physical abuse. Ernie took the time to listen to my issue, and was quick to help and see what could be done, he sympathised with my situation and saved me the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer. I cannot recall the last time I have every experienced such fantastic customer service. I will not hesitate to continue shopping with Newegg.ca and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Ernie!!!, from a very satisfied customer "

Speedy delivery and good quality

"I ordered 2 items at different times from Newegg. Both items met my expectations. Delivery was prompt and as fast as Canada Post could get the products to me in the Okanagan. One was a USB-C adapter via regular post, the other a 4 TB backup drive. Now considering motherboard and CPU for upgrade."

CL_Tech Issues

"A vendor through New Egg, CL_Tech sold me an incorrect and fraudulent Dualshock 4 controller (confirmed by playstaion).
Took me several days of contacting their customer service department in various methods, but a supervisor Nickol E really went above and beyond to retain me as a patron.
New Egg issued and RMA from CL_Tech, discounted one of their own controllers, sold and shipped by them to the price I Originally paid, took ten dollars off the top of that price as well for my inconvenience, and issued me a $25 dollar customer retention gift card for the seller originally sending my the incorrect colour.
This whole ordeal had me fairly distraught since I do the majority of my tech purchases through New Egg. From the two desktops I built from New Egg sold parts or the refurbished laptop i purchased seven years ago (still running to this day), this was the first major issue I have had with them or one of their vendors.
Hats off to New Egg for exceeding my eggspectations and retaining me as a customer.

Waste of time and money

"I purchased 6 GPUs from a seller they work with (Compute4Less Corp) but they delivered only half of them and I was charged 15% for restocking. So, I've lost 2 months and $130 for restocking. Compute4Less Corp are cheaters.!!!
NewEgg, you should protect your customers better!

Perfect service, answered all my needs and questions with perfection!

"This is the second time in as many as 2 days that the Newegg support team really pulled a rabbit out of a hat. Up until the last few days I have found new hope in Newegg. As prior to last weekend I had 4 dead or not working properly Motherboards!
As with the other day Gift Cards could not be found anywhere, Customer Service has done a great job again.
