"I received a new Asus monitor that had a dead pixel on it and I started a live chat with them the next day, I described my issue in detail with Daisy K. And she was very helpful. She offered a replacement with no hassle and offered to send a free shopping label for the rma. Very swift and professional service as well as friendly! "

Fantastic Customer Service!

"Skylar C. from Live Chat customer support was an absolutely fantastic customer service representative. I placed an order for a laptop and a gift bundle that ended up dropping $150.00 the next day. I contacted Live Chat and was lucky enough to get Skylar.
Skylar informed me that while unable to modify the price, I could cancel the order and resubmit the order. During the Live Chat, Skylar voided my previous order and confirmed with me that the new order I placed with the $150.00 difference was now showing in the verification process.
Newegg never fails to impress when I need to place an order. Their customer service is top tier, and their prices can't be beat.

Very good human customer service through chat, 24/7!

"I first had an issue trying to buy a product that had a price error as no heatsink is ever worth 999.99$ lol, but the person who served me said she couldn't do anything on her end and that NewEgg absolutely wanted to contact the seller through email before adjusting the obvious wrong price. I end up buying the thing elsewhere as no choice... but today I came back and saw they finally corrected it, and I like they told me by email when the change got done and it was even on sale but I still needed to price-match it a little below. Funny coïncidence in the chat I ended with the same person who first took care of my issue last week.

She is very nice, it doesn't feel like talking to a bot as it is often the case with chat reps. Her answers came in fast enough with good explanation, I give her with no hesitation 10/10. Oh I almost forgot, her name is (Vida L.) ^^

"Newegg.ca delivers amazing customer service. I've gone through two defective motherboards and each time the person I spoke with helped make the return process easy (including a no-hassle RMA process and providing a free return shipping label). I most recently spoke with Mandy who listened to my story, empathized with my frustrating experience, and had everything setup within minutes. Despite the defective products (outside of Newegg's control), the experiences have been delightful. It's clear Newegg.ca hires and empowers the right people and puts their customers first, reasons why I'll definitely continue to give Newegg.ca my business."
