"I recently purchased a number of components for a custom gaming PC build. The prices were better than or as good as any of my local dealers and other online stores in Canada. Their website far outpaces those other online stores in Canada as well. One of the components I purchase was incompatible with another and I did not realise this until they arrived. The RMA/return process was easy and reasonably efficient (over the phone given that I didn't fit into any of the online forms categories). In any case, the customer service staff were excellent to deal with and provided the RMA number promptly. I did have to call back to get the shipping label re-emailed but this process was quick and their call back service is quite useful for issues such as this. Although, the return process wasn't perfectly smooth, the Newegg.ca customer service reps were excellent. If it weren't for having to call back to get the shipping label resent this would have been a five star review. If fractions of stars were possible this would be definitely a four plus star review."

"Newegg offers direct parcel pickup at Canada Post offices. However, what you are not told is that this is not supported by Canada Post, so all Canada Post knows is that you have sent a package to the post office with your name on it (which they apparently don't like). Speaking to Canada Post, they have informed me that if you want a package delivered to the post office directly, you need a Flex Delivery Account through Canada Post. This was not indicated clearly by Newegg, if at all. This resulted in delayed package delivery for an item that I needed to be able to use my PC at home. Newegg support did not offer any real assistance, and I had to pursue this with Canada Post myself. They should not offer a direct to post office delivery service if they don't know how it is implemented, or if they aren't willing to inform their customers properly. Make no mistake - This was a NEWEGG mistake, not Canada Post. Next time I will use MemoryExpress.com. "

One item Newegg is loosing my bussines on, is a shipping price. Not that I mind paying for one shipment, but one can purchase four items and pay four times the shipping. All I can say, it made me stop purchasing few items, just because of it and locate another outlet which has a free shipping, or combined shipping cost. And there is lot of choices.
It is up to Newegg to figure it out. Over all not a bad store, but more like 3 stars, prices were better somewhere else number of times."
"I have been using Newegg for a number of years. The product delivered is almost without fail of excellent quality, and when it is defective the return procedure in my experience is excellent. I really have not had a negative experience with them. Just for context, I get a bunch of various IT related things from them for a small company of about 30 employees and I spend several thousand per year through them."

They double and triple checked order numbers with me and were quick with the replies even when I kept going on and on and on. "Didn't expect NewEgg to help me out at the component level for a oddball power supply fan out of warranty, but they not only knew about the part, but are expediting it to me.
