Refund was a hell of a headache

"So I ordered a 2000$ laptop and paid 5$ extra for signature required at my door. When I was at work I noticed the package was left at the door and by the time I was home it was stolen (I live right next to a college). Angry, I contacted Newegg customer service who told me to wait 10 business days to finally come to the conclusion that I needed a police report to get a refund. So 2 weeks later (with the report sent and then analyzed by them). I was offered a choice of refund or replacement order, I first chose the replacement (don't do this), I was later informed that it was impossible for them to send me the replacement order since the signature required wasn't available where I lived. Anyway, after talking to Mr. Darrel.F.Hernandez who worked very hard and helped me finally get a refund after a 6 month process, I am happy that this misfortune is finally coming to an end. "

Great Customer Service

"Had a problem with my i7 6700k open box CPU i bought. Built many systems before and never would have thought the CPU would be the cause of my errors in Win 10, however after many hours of spare time (over a span of 2 weeks) i found that this was definitely the problem.
Spoke with Leroy from Newegg and even though my 30 day RMA period (@37 days) was over he understood everything i told him, and was able to issue me an RMA on the item.

"Made an order on cyber Monday that got declined due to verification. Multiple agents helped but Maty definitely sealed the deal when it came to commitment. She made sure all prices were honored, and was able to answer or find an answer for any questions I had. It was a long call but Maty definitely made it very easy and made sure to get me the same deal as before even with price adjustments since."

Mostly awesome

"Prices are competitive. Newegg.ca often has the lowest for specific components I'm looking for. Shipping is quick and cost isn't huge, but that depends on where items are shipped. Sometimes shipping is free, sometimes you pay - possibly depending on vendor. Lost a star for poor price match policy and would like to see "purchase pickup" available for more items. I use this site often and will continue to do so. Thanks Newegg.ca!"

"Brooklyn helped me with this issue. My item was broken through the shipping, I obviously returned it and since they did not have it it stock anymore, they could only give me a refund. I got the item on sale and did not want to pay full price. So Brooklyn helped me by selling me the same item but in a different color (which is not the same price) and sold it to me at my original price and I'll get the refund for the one that was broken ! The item was memory sticks : G.Skill Ripjaws V Series (2x8Gb) 3200 MHz. "
