"Ordered a rack mount surge suppressor/power distribution unit. Product arrived damaged. I tried returning for replacement and thats when the nightmare began. Newegg emailed me the wrong return label that courrier could not scan, therefore could not pick up. I went through no less than 7 different ‘customer service’ representatives, all of which clearly did not bother to read any previous emails, responded with ‘copy/paste’ canned answers, and although I asked in almost every email, no manager EVER responded. Meanwhile, I received a replacement unit with EXACTLY the same damage (obviously damage existed when leaving Newegg’s warehouse) displaying the amount of ‘customer care’ and pride this company has. After a month of incompetance, I was finally able to have 1 out of 7 Newegg employees do their job and have the correct labels sent to me enabling me to return both damaged units and receive refund. I will NEVER order ftom thus unprofessional, incompetant and careless company again."
"I called Newegg because I bought a Crucial MX300 2.5" 275GB SATA III 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CT275MX300SSD1 i freshly installed Windows 7 64 and I realized it was NOT 275 GB but 256 GB. I sent pictures to prove it and I am waiting for a RMA.

First call to customer service suggested reordering, and noted newegg would match price offered by a competitor. He suggested calling back to customer service once invoice was issued to arrange for refund. On receiving notice of invoice, requested a callback, which came in less time than promised. Helpful agent was quick to calculate the price difference to competitor, and said that a refund to Paypal would be issued. Thanks Newegg! Well done!"
