"When I first called the customer service, I was quite frustrated with my issue. I was about to go on a mad rent about poor services when Mr William answered my call. Right away did he identified the issue's nature and did everything in his power to help me resolve it in the most brief delay. I had a really good time conversing with him as we went through the process of making my problem go away. And if all Newegg's customer service representative are half as devoted as Mr William, I fear not, that this company will remain in business for a long time.

"When I ordered this cpu cooler, I had an assumption that it carried with it all the mounting accessories for modern cpus, but I was wrong, it didn't include the mounting bracket for the AM4 socket. Carol C. from Newegg was so very accommodating and happy to help. Instead of suggesting to return the item, she offered to help me order the item from Corsair and I didn't have to pay extra. That's what I call customer service skills! Two thumbs up to Carol C. and congratulations to Newegg for hiring such an awesome staff."

"Needed to return an item due to not being able to qualify for a promotion, but the item was "replacement only". Customer service rep issued a full refund RMA for me so that I could return the product and get a full refund. Even provided an express shipping label for the return so that the product could be returned and processed faster.
