"This might be a bit long as its my first review.

First off i just want to say that the Newegg team have been nothing but Helpful/Respectful/Professional, they helped me deal with an issue i had with an order from a seller called BigDeal from Neweggs website. I had ordered the Razer Man'o'War 7.1 Headset from their site and was exited to receive it cause i got it at such a great price! However, the item never came and after waiting about 2 weeks for my package (which was supposed to be delivered within 4 days - BidDeal never sent an email or called to tell me what was going on and looked as though they were hoping that I'd forget about it and they'd just take my $170.00) i decided to contact Newegg and see what was going on. Thanks to the staff over at Newegg my issue was resolved (even though i never received my package i got a refund).

I'd mention the names of all the great members of staff that helped me but i'm currently at work and don't have the names handy, but you know who you are!

All in all I'd order from Newegg again and again, but STAY AWAY FROM SELLERS BESIDES NEWEGG.

I contacted customer service to get help, everytime i contacted customer service they were polite, understanding and were very helpful which was definetly nice. Brooklyn one of the representives was amazinggg!!!! I have never used their RMA system, but I'm sure it must be a lot better than many other retailers. In case my first review got lost in the shuffle I wanted to say that Emerald was very helpful to me and showed the kind of customer service skills that make me smile. I wish other companies could have such exceptional customer service representatives! She resolved my issues very quickly and with results that were second to none. I am so pleased I will check newegg.com in the future for at least a price check against the competition and or make my purchases there. It is nice to deal with a person and not a robot of customer rep from some place where English is not the native language.

"Called in due to I rarely order things online and I noticed there was a price notification on a PSU I was ordering. Called in to ask about it and found out there was an other store selling it for cheaper but New egg willing to price match it, it was only 5 bucks. Mandy who was the representative I was speaking to also stayed on the line to make sure everything went smoothly as well and and was very helpful. 5/5 would come back again in the future for upgrade. I did not put in invoice number due to privacy reasons. "
