I have never used their RMA system, but I'm sure it must be a lot better than many other retailers. Called in to ask about it and found out there was an other store selling it for cheaper but New egg willing to price match it, it was only 5 bucks. Mandy who was the representative I was speaking to also stayed on the line to make sure everything went smoothly as well and and was very helpful. 5/5 would come back again in the future for upgrade.
