Recently, had to contact them for an order issue for which their phone CS agents did not help but then just tried their online chat CS who was surprisingly helpful and suggested good resolution. "My product had slight damage, and I complained about Newegg's return policy regarding the restocking fee.

To make thing concise, Newegg had the issue resolved, including a new item at my door, in two days with no charges. I was able to keep my delivery schedule to my client and everyone's happy.

By the way, Newegg's representatives to me were Maverick B. Iniguez and Lola Chen. Both were incredible, and I'm sure they're examples of the caliber of people at Newegg.

Edit: I made a involuntary duplicated purchase and contacted Customer Support for help, they were VERY kind and willing to help, they issued RMAs and now the duplicated packages are on the way back to them, will see if everything goes right, but I highly think so!"

"On Friday, I ordered an ASUS notebook from newegg.ca. I was amazed at the cheap price a got it at. Shipping was cheaper because there was a special deal on at that time.

Today,(Wednesday it had told me the same status that it told me for the past 4 days, PROCESSING.....PROCESSING......
This was particularly annoying because I wanted a speedy delivery like the other reviews I had read. Th same afternoon my status changed! Unfortunately it was for the worst. HOLD.....HOLD.....HOLD....
I realized that some of the shipping info was incorrect. So I fixed it and is now back to
PROCESSING.....PROCESSING......
I now decided it was time for support. I click the hidden button that says, contact us. I then found myself in a chat room waiting for newegg employee to assist me. Jay then joined my room and asked what the problem was. We had a quick conversation and replied that I should wait 24-48 hours,(Which I already had).I still have not revived my notebook.

Overall, I did not like the unnecessary delay and do not think that I will purchase things from them again. I do understand that there was human error, but 4 days for some one to recognize that is just too long. Despite their poor organization, their customer service was outstanding. Waiting a few extra day is the price you pay for having a large selection and reasonable prices.

"I'm a first time buyer from Newegg and a pretty satisfied customer, ordered a full system by pieces and i was amazed by the shipping speed (i use 'normal' FedEx), within a week all was up and running (it came in 3 different shipments, it took from 2-4 days and nicely wrapped).

Plus the prices were great, with sales prices, free shipping on some parts, email specials and instant rebates! that's a lot of savings!!

Only problem i have is a CPU that went bad 3 days later, went online with the (friendly) customer service and was quickly given an RMA number (within 10 min. by email) after relating my problem (even the returning item is pre-paid with a Return Shipping Label), how's that for service!

Now i just have to wait and see if the new CPU is up to par, if not i bet Newegg will take care of it.
