"My first purchase from Newegg.ca was shipped a day late and I received a lesser shipping service then what was selected at checkout.

Newegg's customer service was great! they refunded my shipping and changed their shipping options to better describe the shipping service you will be receiving.

They will really go to any extent to change your opinion after you've had a poor experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

"I had place an order with newegg and for some reason I did not get a confirmation of the order being completed, only an error message on my browser popup. So I closed the browser and opened a new one and confirmed no new order in my account and nothing in my shopping cart, so I proceeded to create another... Long story short (too late) Two orders were actually place. When I got the notification I intermediately contacted newegg, but was apparently too late to stop the order. You would think I would have had a hard time trying to get this resolved, but the opposite was true. With diligent communication on both our part the matter was resolved. I sent them a nice thank you as follows:
"Thank you for all your help. Most companies would give me a hard time every step of the way. It is refreshing to find a company that deals openly and fairly with their customers. I guess this is why Newegg is doing so well. I have been and will continue to refer my friends and colleagues to Newegg. Keep up the good work."
And that's the truth. Thanks newegg.

"I ordered a video card from Newegg.ca and it turned out faulty. They took it back in at no cost and I ordered another video card from a different manufacturer. It turned out this one had compatibility issues and the customer service department at Newegg.ca were once again able to cooperate with me.

Now, I have placed my third order in hopes for a final fit so there are no more issues for me or the great customer service team at Newegg.ca.

I recommend this seller to anyone, may that be my own family, friends, etc. Thank you Newegg.ca and I will be back again and again to order all sorts of computer parts! Cheers!!!

"Ordered a netbook computer from newegg.ca. No problem with the ordering process. FAST shipping. Unfortunately the item is defective (manufacturer's fault not newegg) and I have to return it. Problem is the item has sold out. Called customer service and they are kind enough to give me store credit for another purchase. A "handling fee" was deducted though (not any different from any other mail order companies)."

"I bought two wireless N PCMIA cards from newegg. One of the cards were defective. Since the cost of shipping the card back to Newegg was greater than the cost of the product, Newegg offered to send one out to me at no charge. The Live Chat service was very helpful in solving my problem in a quick and efficient manner."

"I contacted Newegg customer service via live chat this morning, I was connected to Ivan Godoy in about 30 seconds, I was really amazed how efficient their customer service agents are.
Ivan was very polite to me and respects me as a valuable customer; he helped me out very professionally. I explained to Ivan the product has gone on sale after I placed the order. Without a question, Ivan asked me to wait a little bit while investigating for a solution. He came back to me in a minute and told me he had already credited the difference to my account. Getting a credit from price protection of course made me feel good, but what made me feel even better was the service that I received.

"I had never heard of newegg.ca until I began shopping online for a new laptop. The rave reviews on their site convinced me to give them a chance. I was very impressed to receive my order, which included items from Ontario and from California, within six days. Everything arrived safe and sound and I'm happy with every purchase.
I went back to their site this weekend, looking for something else, when I noticed that the laptop I'd just purchased was now on sale for $50 less. I contacted their customer service, on a Sunday, on their live chat and was immediately informed that they did not have a price protection policy because of the constantly changing nature of the computer market. However, I was told that they valued me as a customer and would credit my credit card $25. Since I didn't expect them to have a price protection policy - just wanted to know if they had one - this was more than acceptable to me.
I am very pleased with their service and will buy from them again.

"This was my first order with Newegg and I will not order from Newegg again. I ordered new memory for my computer - very well priced, relatively timely delivery. However the memory I received was faulty. I returned it (at my own shipping cost). They apparently did not have any more in stock so they refunded me the cost minus their original shipping and handling costs. I was very frustrated that they would not refund for the full cost that I paid - which they eventually did following a complaint to BBB. Overall friendly support - timely response. Probably would be a good experience had they not shipped a faulty item. I still feel that if they ship a faulty item - they should be responsible for the costs."

"The processing time for my current order has been ridiculous so far. They said expect 1-2 days for processing the order so I expected them to ship it out today and it hasn't even begun to process within the company, it is still in the original processing. At this point I don't expect them to even ship it out until the Monday, which will make the express shipping I ordered basically all but useless. I am a little disappointed in Newegg as usually their processing time and shipping rates are bar none, but his time I feel I have been let down the one time I truly needed a fast shipping order.

EDIT: The very kind Joshua from Newegg has contacted me and explained the sitaution in detail pertaining to the delay and has waived the shipping fees for my order very kindly. Newegg has definitely earned my business back by being such a nice company who understands customer service. I would use Newegg again in a heartbeat and if I could update the review score to reflect that I would, but I cannot so I put this edit here instead.

"This was my first time buying on line.I ordered a Rowenta steam iron,after three months the iron quit.I contacted Newegg and they gave me a number to call,I was told the number was not in service.After trying two more numbers,I was told I could not reach this number from my area.The lady I was speaking to said because I could not reach the manufacturer,they would replace the falty iron at no charge.I must say I was very impressed and I would buy from Newegg.ca again."
