"If you go on to NewEgg's website and look at a review of a poor product, you tend to see where customers review the product poorly, but give praise to NewEgg for their Eggcellent (as they would say) service.

Recently, I made a series of purchases to help my brother-in-law build a great computer at an even better price. In that processes, we did come across a dead motherboard. I told my brother-in-law not to worry because NewEgg will have no problem sending us a new one. We did this only to receive another dead motherboard. This time we went with a refund and was going to worry about the motherboard through other means.

In the process of filing another RMA for the dead Intel motherboard, there was a restock fee that was not suppose to be added. Without any worries, I signed in to NewEgg's customer support and they not only confirmed my suspicions and took the fee off, they gave me a UPS shipping label, which waived the shipping fee for me.

Now, I truly understand why people rave about NewEgg's customer service because they truly strive to keep their customers happy. NewEgg is the best store to buy computer parts from. They have one of the biggest selection of parts at some of the best prices you will ever find.

So, if you are willing to wait for the shipping, you definitely get a better bang for your buck with NewEgg. And if you ever run across any problems, the customer service is always there to do what they do best...serve.

"I had a problem after a purchase for a camera that I had bought from Newegg.com After I had contacted them about the problem they, did ever thing in there power to make me a satisfied customer.
If you want a customer service that will go the extra mile New egg is the place. Not only did they solve my problem but them made me feel as if I was there main concern and that makes me want to come to New Egg first for any of my shopping needs.

"This was my first ever order with Newegg and found that the pricing was fair and the shipping charge was fair. The quickness of the order is what got me - it was ultra fast to be honest and I expected at least a week for shipping. I had an issue when the items were billed and I contacted their customer support. The issue was rectified immediately with no hassles and the people I dealt with were great. I work in customer service and i really appreciated the way I was treated in the matter. Totally satisfied with the buy, shipping, price and quality of the products I ordered. Newegg = %100 =)

"Newegg has been a pleasure to shop at. I find they have the best pricing for online component purchases, easy transactions and quick processing and shipping with communication at every step. I would have rated them a 10 out of 10 before today but now they have definitely surpassed expectations.

I saw on their website today that they were offering a $15 gift card with the purchase of a AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition Heka 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Processor. I had just purchased and received this processor last week so I emailed customer support to ask if they would honour that special for my order. Within a short time I received a couteous email from customer support explaining that it is not company policy to price match, price guarantee or offer rain checks for missed promotions or sales but that they would make a one-time exception for me. Now, you may say that it is only $15 but I say it is exceptional customer service.

I will definitely be shopping at Newegg to purchase a SAPPHIRE 100293L Radeon HD 5570 video card for the HTPC I am building and I will be a constant return shopper for the small sum of $15.

"I just used your website for the first time and was quite impressed first by the products. I received what I ordered, unfornately it was not what I needed so I called the 800 number and was assured that an e-mail would be generated explaining what I would need to do. No e-mail, waited several hours, proceeded to use chat on-line young lady assured me that she was sending out an e-mail at that moment, again no e-mail. So here we go again. I call the 800 number again but, this time I speak with this very compentent polite young man Dwain R. Harris he listened to my tale of woe and I told him that I liked the website and will order in the future but the items this time did not suit my needs and explained to him that no e-mails came my way. I was willing to return the items according to your protocol but could get no response he was kind enough to send me the necessary e-mail from another e-mail and then proceeded to explain what I needed to do. Most pleasant of all when he phoned and thanked me for my patience as a first time Newegg customer. Mr. Harris as far as I am concerned is a first rate employee and one that will and should go far. So few people in this day and time care for the customer only for the paycheck. So thank you Mr. Harris you stand head and shoulders above the forgettable hordes."

"Excellent service! Please keep up the good work! Several times recently I called customer service, they only took 2 minutes to solve my problems. Prices are very competitive and when there are problems they stand behind their products. This is so important. They have an excellent communication with us. They keep us informed of new products and sales promotions via email. This is very helpful and I saved almost 50% vs retail on some products. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

"I was having issues with a mouse I had purchased, so I used online chat to get help with the RMA. To buy a return label, it would have cost me $20, just as much as the mouse cost. The representative issued me a fee label and I as very grateful. Unfortunately, there was an issue in the processing of the label and it never came, so I used the online chat again and was told to purchase a label and they'd refund my money. I did exactly that, and they refunded my money as promised, with a smile. :)

Newegg is truly a great place to shop. Not only is everything so well organized on the website and they have almost everything you could be looking for in computers and electronics, but their customer service representatives are extremely kind, too.

"I recently purchased 2 Microsoft Sidewinder X8 Mice. This order was not the first order I've made from Newegg.ca, and par usual the order was shipped fast and received in less then a weeks time. When I found out that one of the mice didn't work, A customer service rep helped me out fast and easy, the replacement isn't going to cost me anything to RMA. Newegg unlike some of the other online stores, incurs the charges for defective products "THIS IS AMAZING!" I have been pleased with every purchase I have made and will continue shopping with them.

"Fantastic customer service. The agent (who responded to my chat request inside of one minute) was polite and friendly, and helped me in correcting several mistakes I had made, going well beyond what was required.

**Edit: I received my order in 4 days, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Everything was exactly as advertised and worked great. I'm extremely happy with all aspects of NewEgg's service, and have just placed another order with them today. I'll certainly always check NewEgg first when looking for new hardware.
This is my first time dealing with Newegg, but it absolutely will not be my last. While I'll still shop around for prices, I'll always go to Newegg first and use them unless there are dramatic savings elsewhere. Incidentally, they had the best prices on everything I was looking for, as compared to several other online Canadian retailers, even after taking into account applicable combo deals.

"Abstract: The order was processed quickly; shipping took longer than I hoped (I blame UPS); awesome live-chat representatives; Newegg handled the video card RMA very promptly and to my full satisfaction.

The long story:
I ordered a set of some G.Skill PI-Series RAM and a Sapphire 5850 video card last month. The entire process of placing the order did not take over five minutes (including the time spent contemplating over if those were the right products for me).

So, everything arrived about two weeks later and I was thrilled to try them all out. They worked like a charm at first but after a series of testing, I noticed a significant amount of artifacting in games and even residual trails from scrolling within a web browser. So... RMA for an exchange!

It was about 27 days since my order/invoice date and I figured I'd be cutting very close to the 30-day return/exchange Newegg upholds. To my surprise, from requesting an RMA to printing the shipping label and re-packaging the video card, it only took about five minutes! I was even able to get UPS to pick up the box later that day.

A week later, Newegg received the package and changed my exchange to a refund. Confusedly, I sought answers through their live-chat service - 3 minutes before their closing time. The representative I had a chat with, Chelsea, was very polite and handled everything beyond my expectations. She explained that the video card was back-ordered so they were forced to issue a full refund instead. She even offered to refund the shipping fees because nothing else could be done!
