Great deal, but BIG surprise at checkout!

"Not thrilled about the cost of my order DOUBLING after a "processing fee" is applied at checkout. The price was still significantly less than competitors, otherwise I would gave paid a little more to a company that is upfront and doesn't double theor price at the end of the checkout process. Shady business practice shouldn't be adopted as a way to "keep up" with the competition. "

"Order processed quickly, took the money immediately. Was told it would 7 to 10 business days to ship out to a delivery service, but showed up in about 2 weeks. Didn't really like the computerized chat feature, but everything else was okay."

"It was easy to put in my prescription. However, at the beginning there was a sign that said that I was able to put in my insurance. When I went to pay, I could not find where to put in my insurance. I hope in the future this can be addressed. "

Easy online re-order, but ...

"I think I'll never give an online contacts company 5 stars because they all play around with the numbers. Here, you're given one total. Then you go to shipping and there's a $15 processing fee added and you could easily miss it because the previous screen seemed to gave you the price and how it was calculated. That said, there used to be one company that didn't do stuff like this. I ordered from them for years until they announced that they had to do business like everyone else because their base prices weren't competitive and they were losing business. But their prices were better. Just a bit inflated relative to what other companies were advertising. OtiContacts has one of the lowest processing fees and good prices on the contacts I get. I happy about that. It's just the idea of a processing fee kind of irks me."
