"OVERNIGHT PRINTS SUCKS!
First let me say the good things.... They have great prices, thick card stock, and free UV spot gloss. But none of these these things matter if the cards you receive are in bad condition.
The cards I received had a large spot of gloss and the front that wasn't supposed to be there, which made them completely unusable. But besides that the edges of the back of the cards where flaking and basically coming apart. I talked to some local printers and they said this may have happened because they were either cut when wet or with a dull blade. I sent the cards back and will be receiving a refund. Oh yeah and when I called for the refund their phone line was crackling and it was very difficult to understand them. Low prices aren't worth it if the product sucks!"

"I placed an order for business cards on 5/26 with basic shipping selected. They estimated my ship date to be 6/16. I received my order yesterday (6/13) and I am SO very pleased. After a horrible ordeal with VistaPrint, I was cautious about who to order from next but I was drawn to Overnight Prints because they offered front & back printing with FREE gloss coating on both sides. I uploaded my design, paid, and kept my fingers crossed. I opted for the rounded corners and I'm so happy I did! The colors look great, the cards are nice and thick, and so far I'm happy. I plan to place a re-order very soon. "

"I had a very similar experience as tony_m. My company had been using Overnight Prints without major issues for years. However, recently we noticed the quality getting worse and worse - colors looking bad and cutting way off center - up to this last order which was totally unusable.
When I spoke with customer service, they said our design was at fault and the best they could offer was 50% off a reorder and then they still couldn't guarantee they would be cut correctly. Why would I reorder another faulty product? The "it's not our fault" attitude of the customer service representative seemed to convey that this problem happens a lot.
We will not continue using Overnight Prints for any services. Even though their low pricing seems attractive, unusable products aren't worth it. Be forewarned, you get what you pay for!"
"I've been using Overnight for years, but recently their quality has taken a major nosedive.
I've had minor issues in the past in dozens of orders, and their customer service is stingy at best.
This time I unfortunately place a huge order of business cards. The first batch was cut terribly short, and the registration was atrocious. Color was way, way off ā and these were basically reprints. The color was stable until now. They of course claimed fault on my part until I showed them side-by-side comparisons of past orders and artwork.
They finally asked for the order back, and reprinted the order. To make it worse they sent half of each order in 2 separate shipments 2 days apart. Half of the order was just as poorly cut, only this time the registration was even worse. Colors still way off. Part of the problem probably lies in their requirement of RGB artwork instead of CMYK, but still I ask for some consistency if nothing else.
Their attitude at the new print job is flippant at best ā Iām stuck with it. I cannot continue to do business with them at this point, and do not recommend them to anyone. I'm weeks past needing these, and have to go somewhere else to get it done right.

The actual cards printed true to my uploads, were cut perfectly to center, and successfully reproduced a QR on the back side. Will use them again!"

"I recently ordered 500 business cards and some letterhead, using their online design tools and pre-formatted templates. The cards arrived promptly and I was *amazed* by the quality. Heavy card stock and gloss finishes on both sides resulted in a business card sturdy enough to be used as a weapon, and they were beautifully executed.
Imagine my horror when I discovered that *I* had made a typographic error on the back side. I e-mailed Overnight Prints and had a response within hours. They would be happy to reprint the corrected cards and they gave me a discount code reducing the cost of the re-order by 75%. They also waived the requirement for sending the old cards back, saving me the shipping expense.
I can't say enough good things about them. Incredible quality, prompt delivery and a terrific responsiveness to customer errors. "
"I'm an artist and I ordered business card by uploading images on both sides. I expected some white borders on both side of image of my painting and some cut-off of my image. Because the image I uploaded was small enough compared to the "bleed size" but a little wider than "safe size". But what I got was a little wider than 1/8 of white space on the left side but zero white space on the right side, which looks odd.
I tried explaining this via email but they kept saying that was my problem. I didn't expect they would re-do it but I wanted to know how to fix it and re-order. But none of they're web content gave me enough to correct this for a new order.
I guess a half of the problem is my misunderstanding but unfortunately I still don't get how to order properly.
If you're new to this process, I don't recommend you use this provider. I'll try finding a better one. Fortunately the number of cards I order was the minimum. So it wasn't too expensive."
