"I have loved overnightprints in the past, but I've just had a disappointing experience. I ordered 4 different postcards in orders of 25 each. Two of the designs were very important as they were advertising mailers and my business depends on those. Two of the designs were printed and sent... the two that were missing were the ones I re...ally needed. Long story short, I ended up having to call twice to fix this problem, and even told both people I spoke to how important it was to get these postcards. It's been over two weeks since I should've received them in my order. I expected next day delivery, or at least, well, overnight printing, to make up for their error. Nope. I'm looking at other sites now to get my postcards and business cards printed in the future."

"honestly - I am really surprised to see all the negative reviews.
We order from these guys on a monthly basis and everytime we have been thrilled. we did have one hiccup and the issue was resolved within a day by the overnight print staffers. Even the problem was as a result of my mistake they issued a full refund and they were really good about it.
There print quality is the best from what I have seen and tried.

"I agree with EVERY SINGLE BAD REVIEW on this site.

Overnight Prints screwed up my order so bad, i had to call 12 times!!! All whilst I was at SXSW, the huge convention I was spending thousands of dollars to be at -- and had NO BUSINESS CARDS to hand out. Their negligence cost me untold amounts in lost contacts, lack of professionality, emotional stress, long-distance phone bills waiting on hold to customer service, and hours of wasted time.

This company should be taken to court on behalf of every person who has received the same disrespect, lies, and abominable service that I have received. On top of everything, they refused to give me any money back.

"Be glad you, the reader, actually took the time to look up reviews, because you will be glad to know this company can be skipped by!! Just look at other reviews and read these poor people's stories. Placed my order on 3/27 and paid extra for faster delivery, which was supposed to be 4/5. Nothing arrived that day. Heck, nothing even got printed that day! Or the next. It's 4/8 and still nothing printed. Wow! And judging from the horror stories of this site, I'm glad they didn't. While customer service is US based and can be reached, they can't actually do anything. They just claim services they can't deliver on. And they act like they have better stuff to do instead of help. I'll be surprised if I even receive a refund."

"Let's see where to start with Overnight Prints. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a printer. The first order I placed with them, they shipped to the wrong address. I'm in California, my business cards went to New York, the only way I found out about this was because the guy who got my cards was nice enough to let me know he had them. Then when I finally got my products from them the colors were different between the 4 sets of cards. Keep in mind I used the exact same image file for all 4. They have given me multiple reprints and yet the colors come back worse each time. If you are printing blue, expect it to come back purple."

"Overnight Prints has printed many incredible jobs for me, from business cards to invitations. I have been using them for the past 2.5 years, and I only needed to have 2 jobs reprinted. When I called to fix this, the customer service was extremely helpful and polite. They rushed my reprints when I needed. I am very satisfied with Overnight Prints and continue to use them in the future!"

"AVOID OVERNIGHTPRINTS AT ALL COSTS! My print job and reprint were both HORRIBLY botched. (Clamp marks, color was way off, and the crop was not even close) Best of all even after following their instructions to ship what product I could back to them THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!?! Hows that for providing me with excellent customer service you freakin trolls!?! I will never let the company I work for, any of my friends/family, or freelance clients order from them!"

"I received my order of 250 business cards yesterday and was entirely unimpressed with the quality of the product that had been sent to me. I received these free and paid only for shipping so suppose you get what you pay for, but I had heard good things about Overnight Prints and must say that I did not have a good experience at all. More than half of my business cards had what looked like grid lines on both front and back; it looked at first like I could brush it off, like it was dust or dirt, but it definitely will not come off. That is entirely unacceptable, and I cannot believe that no one noticed or fixed the order. It was on the first several cards in the front and the back of the stack, and scattered through the whole pile of them, so it should have been noticed immediately. I am sorry that this company takes so little pride in their work; I will be staying with my local printing company from now on. I get my product in 3-5 days, and they have never sent me a defective order."

"Terrible customer service, I placed an order online and their UPS integration reformatted my address automatically without my consent. The order was then sent to the wrong address, I was never contacted about the issue, the order was eventually returned to Overnight Prints. When I called and asked them to reship it I was charged $10 to "correct" the address and another $12 to ship it. I was also made to wait on hold for over an hour! I have ordered consistently from them for a year but not anymore. I'm changing printers immediately. "

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON OVERNIGHT PRINTS! I ordered 500 business cards using their default express prints. They did not give the option to select a font size, so I had to use their default font size- --which is microscopic!
When I got my card,s the font was so small we could not read anything on the card except our business name. I called and told the company that I got a faulty product and asked the rep if any of their other customers would ever be satisfied with their tiny font, and he actually said, 'yes, some people are satisfied'. Really? It's obvious they don't have anyone proof read their product before sending it out to customers.
They gave me a refund and told me to re order them using the custom feature. We'll see how they turn out. I wished they would have refunded me the money and I would not have wasted my time reordering with them. When I tried to download my own custom picture for the new business cards, I could not do it. I spent 3 hours designing my new cards with the Advanced Designer Option, and there were very few cards to select from. This company is a sham! Do not use them!

"We had the large size postcards printed this week, and I have a couple comments: 1) Lisa, your File Support Specialist, was so nice to help me in formatting my files (sometimes these things are beyond my expertise). She took what I gave her, gave it back to me properly formatted, and advised me to then proceed with the upload. 2) I uploaded and placed the order on March 21. Delivery was supposed to be on March 29. We were very pleasantly surprised when the cards showed up yesterday, the 25th!!! 3) When my boss saw them, she said these are the best we have ever had printed. Thank you, OvernightPrints.com. We will happily continue to order from you."

"I recently used Overnight Prints for the first time - had an order of 1000 postcards/invites with envelopes. I paid extra to have them here by 3/10/11. The postcards didn't arrive until 3/14/11. The envelopes arrived separately on 3/15/11. I called to request a refund on the shipping costs since delivery date was delayed - no problem. However, when I started preparing the invites for mailing, I realized I was a few hundred short. Called first thing on 3/16 - they agreed to do a reprint and 2-day delivery at no charge. They arrived today 3/21. I do have to say that their product was great, nice quality/weight of paper used for postcards, and of course, their price was excellent compared to competitors. However, they were WAY PAST my original deadline for mailing, and having to do a reprint cost me even more time. Their customer service handled it very well, I thought. They resolved my issue as best as they could. I would use them again or recommend them ONLY if you are way ahead of your deadline or if your mailing date is flexible if something goes wrong with delivery time. Don't ever count on your items arriving on time when ordering with Overnight Prints, and you'll be all set. Like I said, quality, price, and customer service were all excellent."

"DO NOT USE OVERNIGHT PRINTS. They are the WORST company ever.

I ordered business cards on Feb 7th and they were supposed to arrive by the 24th at the very latest. When I did not receive them, I went online to check the status and they hadn't even been PRINTED yet. Wow. I didn't receive them until March 15. (They should change their name from "Overnight Prints" to "Order it now and if you're lucky you'll get them before next year."

When I opened up the envelope, all of the business cards had been shoved in every which way facing all directions like they were letting a 2 year old do their packaging. I pulled them out to take a look at them and they were WAY too dark. It was like they didn't even look at the cards to see if they looked okay before shipping them off.

When I contacted them and asked for my money back because they didn't ship it to me by the date I needed it by (not even CLOSE!) and the print job was terrible, they refused, saying it was my fault. I am not exaggerating. They told me I should just order some more cards from them and hopefully they'd get it right the next time. Are you kidding me!?

Do NOT order from this company if you want good business cards and if you want them anytime this century.

"The cards arrived two days before scheduled, but that was the only positive thing about the product. 75% of the cards are one size, and the remaining are smaller. I ordered the rounded edges and half the edges are rounded proper, but the other two edges are cut oddly. It doesn't look rounded, it looks like three cuts were made to try to pass it off as rounded. I had text centered on the backside of the card in my design, but that didn't turn out right either. The text is off to the right and down, so it is obviously not centered. NEVER AGAIN."
