"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i ordered 50 business cards with overnight prints back in February.... my business card design was pretty plain (all black with my info in the center with a light brown filigree border around the card).

I get my first order that I ordered on 2/15 - and the cards have white boarders, and they are stuffed into a tiny envelope. Half of the cards were damaged. So I called and they said I wanted the white border, and that there was nothing they could do. I designed the card.... I think I know what I want it to look like. Then they said that since the cards were damaged that they could give me a store credit.

I place my second order on 3/7- and I used my store credit for them to be here on 3/11 and i paid 23 dollars in shipping alone. I still have not received my order. I called on Friday to see what the deal was because the tracking number never updated. I asked for a refund because I paid 23 dollars in shipping. She said you will receive your cards no later than Tuesday and you will get your money back within 10 business days of you receiving the product. So I said Great! Thanks! I called today 3/14 to see if there was any update because the tracking number still hadn't updated.

And here is where I lost it- they said that on Friday I called in and said that I no longer wanted the order. So it had not been shipped out. Keep in mind that this is all for my final portfolio for school and that my graduation depends on it. Oh, and this is all due today. Monday. SO I talked to someone in management and she said she can not give me my money back but can have the cards to me on Wednesday. I argued that I wanted my money back because I paid for 3 day shipping and it has been longer than 3 days. She said I can have one or the other the product or the refund.

So we will see if i ever get them.

JUST DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Pay extra to do it elsewhere it will save you the headache.

"I will never do business with them again.
I am very unhappy. I use postcards to promote the work of my wife, a mystery author. I buy a lot of cards with the book cover on the front and a blank back. Then, when I receive the cards I split them into batches for different audiences and different purposes. I take a batch to a local printer and have them print the back in black and white. This time the cards were coated on the back and a regular printing press could not print on them. I had to find a printer with a "digital" printer (I guess like a big copy machine) and it cost four times as much to print. I called to complain and they said, "There is nothing we can do for you."
Well there is something I won't do for them and that is buy their service.

"Ordered 100 cards, paid for 2 day shipping and was told it would arrive on that Friday or earlier. Got an email on Thursday saying there was a production delay and won't get cards until Monday and would not upgrade me to 1 day shipping to get it to me faster. This completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for shipping.

Spent an hour on phone to get shipping refund.

Cards arrive on Monday and they are all off center, spend another hour on phone to get reprint.

One thing to note that they actually reprinted and shipped the cards to the hotel where I was attending the conference, so they get bonus points for that.

"Had a terrible experience. Waited almost 3 months for my order, and when it finally arrived the cards had markings on them. Whenever I communicated with them the line was pretty much - Not our fault. They did offer to replace the cards but after the three month wait I didn't even bother. "

"On hold with Overnight Prints right now. (ten minutes and counting....still no answer)

Here's my story: Original order printed incorrectly (double checked artwork and it was correct). Overnight Prints authorized reprint and sent FEd EX shipping label to send back defective product. Not a huge deal, these things happen.

That was three weeks ago. Trying to follow, but they are not answering emails (three attempts NO REPLY). They were so responsive BEFORE I placed my order. Guess it's not important to them now.

Trying the phone now as last ditch effort to get resolution. Still holding....

Still holding.... If you are a graphic designer I strongly urge you to use a different company. ANY other company! Overnight Prints will leave you hanging high and dry.

OK...just spoke with Gynelle from Overnight PRints customer service line - she says the order is in "inspection" and it should ship out next week. If this situation plays out like that, then I will open this review again and change my rating to a three star.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM OVERNIGHT PRINTS. Heed this warning. It is a scam. If you are ordering anywhere near their cut off time, "their" computer will "error out" on the upload causing intentional delays and it also sends your receipt for past the cut off time regardless of when you really did place the order claiming that you didn't do it in time and then they change your shipping date hoping for 2 things - one, that you won't notice so they make more profit on the shipping or two that you will and be forced to pay $95 for 2 day shipping. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM They did not used to operate this way. I don't know when they became such scumbags."

"Overnight prints is crap. I ordered 100 postcards 13 days ago. I spent 4 days with customer support because their file upload program wasnt working. Once uploaded it took an additional 9 days to print. They still havent mailed them. I've called twice and they still cant guarantee they will ship in 2 more days. 16 total days and you cant get 100 postcards in the mail. that is the last time i use your service."

"I ordered save the date postcards for my wedding from Overnight Prints, and I'm thrilled with the results! The customer service department had informed me about a possible delay in delivery, but once I talked with them they were able to offer two options. Luckily, one of the options allowed the order to be delivered as planned and with no additional cost to me. I was impressed with the customer service department because they communicated with me quickly and resolved the issue effectively. Each time I emailed, I had a response from customer service within a few hours. Most importantly, the printing looks great and I got the postcards for an amazing price!

"please NEVER order from these folks. i had to get a rush order that had minimal room for error. you know there's a problem when one of the first prompts on the automated help line is "If you have received a defective product. . ." the product apparently has been ready to ship out of the warehouse for a week now, but day after day i was told, "it'll go out today," only to call back the next day to be told that it hadn't, and they'd get it out that day. the customer service people were super polite, but really, i'd rather they'd have been straight up and say, "lady, if you don't give up right now, you will spend five hours pulling your hair out, listening to hold music, cancelling your order, and spending several hundred dollars more than you anticipated to do a rush job with another company when you already didn't have a minute to spare." again, NEVER order from them, unless you have months to deal with inferior communication and turnaround. there are other companies with comparable rates and better reliability."

"I am pretty sure most of the reviews on this site are from some emplyee of overnight prints. I could have done a better job with Avery business card perforated forms and a laer printer. They did not get here in time, left for business trip without the cards I paid $125 extra for shipping a rush production. Look like they were cut with a dull knife and wew cut off center BY A LOT! terrible quality. "

"Just ordered $200 worth of products. Received them... and everything was printed backwards! Called to complain, and they said it would take about a week to fix... plus I had to ship the mistakes back! Ordered another $200 worth of products the next day to be delivered and then never received them. When I went online to track my order, nothing had been printed. Called that day to ask what had happened... spoke to about eight different people who all said sorry, it will be there on Tuesday. Tuesday! When I paid for an overnight delivery! Called Monday to see the status of the previous order (which still hadn't been printed) and then checked the Tuesday one... and they said it wouldn't get to me (the earliest) until Wednesday. I called to discuss with a manager and four times was told they would call me back. She never did. I finally called and requested to wait until I could talk to her and she answered the phone. She was rude and inconsiderate. She kept saying that it wasn't their fault. She could refund the shipping, but nothing else. I just cancelled the order. They were horrific to work with!"

"I was just amazed by Overnight Print's quality, price, service, and fast shipping. The quality(paper and color) was much better than I expected, and the price was much lower than other printing companies. Surprisingly, I received my postcards 3 days earlier, which was 2nd day after placing the order!! I have to come back to Overnight Prints, and won't be able to work with other companies anymore."

"This was my first time to use Overnight Prints. I wanted to surprise a friend by having some professional looking business cards done for him. With Overnight Prints I loved that I was able to take my time and design a business card using the Overnight Prints online software that is provided for their clients on their web site. I thought the business card that I had designed looked really good, but I must admit I was a little concerned the finished product would not be as nice in person. Boy was I wrong! The finished product I received is just beautiful. The clear texts, the picture that I uploaded looks sharp, the card stock paper and the gross finished looks great! I was so impressed with the quality of this business card, that last night I designed another business card on their web site, but this time the business card is for me.
